Let me tell you something about Perry's Mobile Service, I got stuck on the side of the turnpike, a little ways out from Fort Pierce. Perry checked if he had a tire for me, and when he didn't he made sure, at 7pm, to contact other shops he knew that would sell him a tire for cheap so he could come save me off the side of the highway. He showed up very quickly and while low profile tires are really hard to deal with, he made sure he wasn't going to stop trying till he made the tire fit, and he did. I was back on the road in no time! My other tire was also about to blow after he came to check out the other ones and he advised to not drive too fast while my other tire was splitting in such a way and followed behind me on the highway with his truck to make sure I got off the highway and into the city safely. James is literally a hero. I broke down on the Florida turnpike in my RV with four kids and my wife. Progressive roadside was no help, nor any tire company around (Saturday at 5pm). James said "I'll be there in 60 minutes." He got my tire size, price, and was there in an hour, calming jacking up my RV as semitrucks whizzed by doing 85. He served 20 years in the US Army and served my family for 2.5 hours as he hammered off TWO rusted wheels (Northeast winters) all for an unreal affordable price ($225). My kids were so glad they drew him pictures and wrote him notes and I honestly was about to hug him. We've had major trouble on our trip, and this was ONE MORE thing, but James had some great advice: "It's all how you look at it. Could've been way worse." My mom blew out her tire yesterday I just moved to Florida a little over a week ago and was 2 hours away at the hospital with my brother by the time I finally got back it was almost midnight. I went to change the tire for her but the top chrome cap came off one of the lugs and I didn't have any tools with me to get that lug off.. So we called Perry's he showed up punctually not only got the lug off for us but put a new tire on the rim so we didn't have to worry about driving on a donut to a shop. If I could give 10,000 stars I would! My mom was stranded on I95 with a flat tire. Road rangers were unable to change it due to a stripped lug nut. We called Perry's tire for a tow, he asked why we were towing instead of putting on a spare. After explaining , he replied he doesn't care about a stripped lug nut, he can get the tire off and he'll be there in 20 min. When I say this ANGEL showed up in 20 min, changed the tire and saved us an unnecessary tow $$$! He even offered to follow her to the next exit to make sure she got off the highway safely. In this day and age it is out of the ordinary to come across such an excellent, honest, and trustworthy repair person!! He arrived at my house in the drizzling rain at the time he quoated me. These guys bailed me out of a bad situation where a nail in my tire threatened my trip back north. My only complaint is they level set all tires 5 lb psi too soft and ignored the posted placard psi, and sensors gave me grief until I had to stop and refill. read more
