They diagnosed the problem quickly, gave us an easy to understand solution, and quoted us a day to get the part in. When we found one ourselves and were willing to travel for it, they obliged us by staying until we were back. After less than 20 minutes of labor and a test drive, the car is back running with some recommendations on what to work on next. Even with some other customers' cars in the shop, they recognized our need and sympathized so we were able to get it all done in a day. I don't get the impression they did that lightly, either. Don't assume they'll drop everything to help every single person who walked in. We were fortunate and grateful for their grace. My sister and her husband will be able to afford the fix easily and make it to their new home with both cars intact. I'm glad our problem happened so close to the city so we were able to find Automatic Transmission Systems.

As they drove through Miles City the pickup acted odd and boiled over when they stopped. They were referred by a local to go see Rick. Rick was exceptional and treated the 2 ladies like family members. He determined that my 09 Dodge Ram needed a water pump. He went our of his was to get parts and call in extra help to assist. He made sure that Mom and her friend could get a room overnight. All told the delay was minimal due to Rick and his employee. The fee's were good for the circumstances and where he could have overcharged me for the "emergency service" I feel he did not. I would recommend his shop for services any time. Thank you Rick and the guys for the assist!!

I needed work done on my car and asked around with the locals. Three people warned me that Robin's will cheat you out of your money. I made the choice to go to Berg's instead and was glad I did, because Robin's had misdiagnosed the issue with my vehicle. Since that experience, I have had even more negative experiences with this business. I had temporarily left my car with a neighbor when I moved out of Glendive. Due to miscommunication my car was towed and the tow operator was Robin's. I was completely unaware that this had happened and was in another state. When I went back to get my vehicle, Robin's charged me such an exorbitant fee that I was forced to sign my title over to them. This was done without them making any attempt to contact me. They claimed they didn't know who owned the vehicle even though my registration was in the car. Since then I have contacted legal services who advised me that what they did was illegal. However, Robin's was rude and threatening and I was clueless as to the law. Please go anywhere else! I have heard good things about Rolling Rubber which is right down the street.

My 2014 Honda Civic lost its drain plug on the highway. I pulled over called Robins Service because…read morethey are the only place open on a Sunday in this town. He towed my car put five quarts of oil in it and a new drain plug and charged me $180! I made it to my destination and took my car to the Honda dealer! They found that the drain plug that was screwed into my oil pan was oversized and had stripped my oil pan! They also found that the bottom cover was not put back correctly and I had to replace the entire oil pan, drain plug, then pay for an oil change and for them to clean all the oil out from underneath my brand new car! I called Robins Service back and let them know how much damage they caused to my brand new car and I was hung up on repeatedly! The owner is very rude and said, "I'm not reimbursing u a dime"! So I'm out off the $180 for the oversized drain plug, plus I'm out of over $800 from fixing the problems that Robins Service caused on my brand new car, replacing the oil pan and correct size drain plug and oil change, which was mandatory! Bottom line if you choose Robins Service you loose! If your stranded on a Sunday in that town, save yourself the trouble get a hotel and wait til Monday and get your car serviced at a reputable business! Anywhere but Robins!
