He then indicated he would refund my down payment and has not done so. When I called him as promised dates for refund has come and gone, he indicated that I should take him to court.

I have been looking for some company to repair my windows all they would recommend was getting new…read morewindows. Now 2 yrs later looking thru Yelp Jimmy popped up I emailed him about my windows he got back to me less than 30min later. I text him with pic of the windows that needed repair. He said he could do it and could do it the next day @ 10am. and he actually came earlier then that 930am. With the parts in hand for the repair within 20min he was DONE. He is a professional, reasonable with the price. I have him in my contact if i need him again. Thank Jimmy sorry for the long review.
