I've been getting my cash washed at Pro Wash for over a year and absolutely love this this place. The first time I came was to get my windows tinted (they are excellent at this as well), when I noticed the hand washes cars. Since I have a luxury vehicle, I thought this was the perfect way to keep my car free of scratches that non-brushless car washes cause. My car turns out awesome when I come here but my god the wait time is awful! There are times I pull in, see the number of cars waiting, and decide to come back. I couldn't wait for a wash this time so I dedicated a chunk of my Saturday to it. I pulled up at 1:00 p.m. on a Saturday and by 2:15 p.m. my car has only been scrubbed and rinsed, still no vacuum or anything. I'm writing this review from my car as I wait. I understand hand washes take time but I think waiting almost two hours for a car wash is absurd. I hope to come back only if I can find the time the line and workers are moving fastest. I love this place. It's a husband and wife business, and you always see them outside making sure that the cars are cleaned well! It's common for them to walk up to you before you leave and ask if there is anything that needs to be touched up. Make sure to get there when they first open because there is always a long line, but that's because they hand wash each car! But it's always well worth the wait! read more

I made an appointment a day ahead to bring in my car at 11am for a 2-2.5 hour service (done by 1:30pm). When I arrived, the man at the desk told me that there is a wait of 3 cars, and if I wait mine could be done by 5pm. Why did I make an appointment? I don't understand the hype, they do a terrible job! I've been there three times and each experience was awful. My first experience was for a window tint, car wash, wax & buff. I was told my car would be done in 2 hours, it took 4.5 hours. When my car was finally finished I pointed out numerous bubbles in the tint, clumps of wax on my car, and swirl marks from the buffing all on the trunk of my car. They couldn't even put the head rests back on the back seats. My second visit was for a car wash. Soap was left on the car, hand prints on the windows, and water spots were all over the hood of the car. My third and final experience was just like the second. The only thing good about this place is the under the seat air fresheners. Those things last a long time. I'd only go back to purchase more air fresheners. read more

This place is awesome! I tried Seabrook in Lanham last Thursday and it was a total disaster worst wash ever. They never touched my tires for $30 plus . Tried Pro Wash today hand wash, excellent service, superb wash, inside and out. Wheels shined and sparkling. All for $25, And much cheaper than Seabrook, Dump Seabrook and try a place that cares. Had my windows on both my SUVs tinted here today. They didn't have enough 20% tint on hand but they got it within 20 minutes and had it installed on the first truck within another 20 minutes. Took about 20 minutes to do the second truck as well. They also gave me a $20 discount for the wait and did a great job! This is a great car wash, great prices. My only complaint is the wait time. I guess you need to go first thing in the morning. I got to the car wash line at around 3:15. There were 4 cars ahead of me. I didn't leave until 5:00. On one hand, I could say they take their time, but on the other hand, I think by that time of day, the workers are tired and aren't moving as quick. This was my first visit to this place. I paid $25. They smeared my glass with the nasty rag to the point I had to use WINDEX and do it myself later. They did not completely vacuum the back floors. I had to constantly point out my side windows as they were lazily wiping them down. Being preoccupied on a phone call I missed a few things while there...like they did not clean out the cup holders. I will never recommend this place to anyone and will definetly find another venue. The workers are lazy. read more

Very friendly customer service. I originally asked for the ProWax. But, changed my selection during the service to get the ProWash instead. It seems like there was a bit of a language barrier, and I was given the wax instead. I get that challenge and the job was so phenomenal that I am actually glad that I got the wax instead. You drive around to the drive into the garage and they service your car while you sit in the waiting room. The prices are reasonable and the service was quick. I recommend. read more

They did a fabulous job getting all of the dirt, grime and pollen off my truck. If the job was so fabulous, then why only 4 stars? This was my first time ever at this car wash, which is next to a jiffy lube. There are no directional signs telling you to go around the back nor any on the door. Yes there are arrows on the ground, but one can easily expect those to be for the jiffy lube, not necessarily the car wash. Since I didn't know about the back, I parked and went in only to find a lady waiting for her car to finish who enlightened me of where to go as no employees were inside. I read other reviews about a wax versus regular wash, so I figured I'd have options once around back. I get around back and wait. As I'm waiting, there's no signage or anything about services or prices. It's finally my turn and for sure someone is going to give me a ticket, ask what I want or something. Again, no...I just got directions on how to pull my car in. Maybe once I'm inside, someone will ask what services I want as all that's done where I left it is a wash and vacuum. No, again no one is inside except other patrons waiting and watching the monitors to see the progress of their vehicles. Finally, a gentleman comes over and asks if that was my vehicle. I say yes anticipating a list of available services. Instead, he said it was ready and gave me the price. So for me not to have had the opportunity to ask for anything, their basic service which included a wash, dry, vacuum, interior wipe down and tire clean and shine was well worth the wait and price I paid. Will definitely go again, but will call or go a day or so before to know all the services and how to get them done. read more

I live in DC and drove out to Pro Wash after reading the reviews. I was looking for a wash, vacuum, and window wipedown for my crossover. I didn't see any options on the website, but I was hoping I could pay a little extra to have the trunk area vacuumed, as we have dogs. I checked the website and the prices are unbeatable and reviews here were all positive. I had the same issue with figuring out where to actually go, but not that big of a deal... the line, however, was kind of ridiculous. Waited over an hour in my car just to get to the front, then they didn't even ask what I wanted. I went inside to the small waiting area, wondering when they'd ask what service I wanted, but there weren't any employees to talk to. When it was all done, they wanted to charge me the truck/van rate, which is already more than what is listed on their website. The guy gave me the car rate, but when I went out to take a look, it wasn't even worth that. There were still spots on my car from birds and they didn't vacuum the backseat floorboards. Not to mention they never even cracked my trunk, which was a big reason I brought it in. Guess I'll keep looking. read more
