There was a major screw up on everything at the time and our money wound up sitting in the wrong accounts for some time, not actually accumulating anything. I won't mention names or locations here because we did receive a gift card and an apology from them. It took a little while and we made several phone calls but we eventually got connected with Cassandra and she was a champ. She took control, tracked everything down and set everything straight immediately. I hope this review showcases Cassandra and her skills and also puts Envista on notice that there are some issues that need to be addressed in training of staff.
