To make a long story short, I had some concerns with my program and I reached out to the owner, Kim. I'm short, she basically told me I was lying and disregarded all of my concerns. I asked to meet with her in person so we could come to some kind of agreement together and she refused to speak with me. This is by far some of the absolute worst business I've worked with.
