I have been dealing with pain, swelling, and numbness in my foot for over three years. My big toe…read morehad gradually turned purple. I had many tests and xrays, but the cause for all of this was not found. Finally, my Doctor recommended I see Dr. John Renard, who is a Podiatrist and Foot Surgeon. His thorough examination of my foot and the decision to do surgery has made a huge difference. He found that a tendon had grown over the nerves on the top of my foot and was pressing on them. By removing the tendon and releasing the nerves, my foot and toe are doing so much better.
