When he did answer me just once from the few phone calls, he quickly went off the second he answered on a rude attitude for calling to buy a house. Neither does his office return messages back nor does he even bother to help. I confirmed with him an hour before our showing he said he'll reconfirm with my husband instead of just saying okay or just accepting it. Why do you need to reconfirm half our before, especially after even speaking with you that morning. 2. Said it'll be him showing it to us, 5 on the dot. After we got there all the sudden the super or "management" is suddenly filling in. We waited over 30 minutes after "he's on his way" "let me see where he is I'll call him again" the guy was inside the building the whole time unknowing to our waiting for him. So much for "he's on his way" 3. Two broker fees is illegal. The super even agreed. "It's for my partner" the ONE broker fee is split if it's between two agents, and then he tried to bargain that we should meet him in the middle. The studio was so run down, broken shelves, paint peeling off the ceiling, the smell of cat piss.... come on. We're newly weds looking for our home ( we ended up finding someone who actually helped us in the end at a better brokerage!) this was a shit hole that we actually considered because we would've gave it love and spruced it up.
