When he did answer me just once from the few phone calls, he quickly went off the second he answered on a rude attitude for calling to buy a house. Neither does his office return messages back nor does he even bother to help. First, we noticed a lot of noise (neighbors from upstairs, doors are *****, boiler is very noisy), when we asked management about this problems, they told us that it's normal. Now, entire building is infected with coockroaches which just falling from cracks in celling, army of ants, that coming from gaps in floor. Management said that they know that problems but can do nothing with it, and if we don't like something, we can just leave apartment. Assuming all this, I would advise to be as far from them as possible if You want normal living in rented apartment.
