I called 2 different times to schedule an appointment and left a voicemail and no one got back to me. However, I understand that they are very busy and have volunteered people help. Payment methods are cash, debit, and/or credit card (service charge of $2.50) **It's important to know your status** Please note - i'm a big baby when it comes to needles and taking blood. The nurse assigned to me was very gentle and informative; she flooded me with information. I hit the 'any location' on the appointment finder - and it brought up this place as an option. It was super easy to find, right on Woodward, plenty of parking and I walked right in. I checked in with all the proper Covid precautions, sat down and they called me back in less then 2 minutes. Really! The tech explained what she was going to do and did her job competently and as quickly as possible. Those who've had mammograms know that the quicker you're out of there the better! Within 15 minutes I was dressed and on my way. Given a choice I will definitely come back here next time and skip the hospital and all that entails if it's still an option. So happy I have a new place to go to when I have to go back.

I had checked in online and uploaded my order Only to be told I needed to fill out the forms anyways. The "normal" greeter was on a long personal phone call and did not help me. The other office's "greeter" did and was very rude. She gestured to the official "greeter" that she was doing her a favor. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them although I was early, had checked in, and tried to do everything correctly. Reception deserves a 1. Tech is the reason I'm giving them a 4 star. Turning 36 this year I was willing to try anything to become a mother. Dr. Kowalczyk has multiple offices and it was easy to get an appointment that fit my schedule. I could go to one office one week and a different one the next. Everyone I met was friendly even the early 645a staff. Which I picked often before heading into work. After having a complete work up I was told I had a right tube blockage. I was devastated thinking all was lost. I was reassured and put on a plan. Sometimes I had questions and would call and had to leave a message. Always same day call backs even though the VM stated calls after 2pm will be returned the next day. The knowledgeable staff put my anxious nature at easy. I started seeing her Feb 2022 and happy to report June 2022 Im 6 weeks pregnant! With all of the protocols the doctor has me on to lessen my chances of another miscarriage we are confident I will go to term. Thank you is not a big enough sentiment. Forever grateful!

Shelby gave me paperwork to fill out and to put on my dash by 8:56am. This man in a blue jacket met me at the front of the parking lot and driveway to guide me to where I needed to go for my PCR testing. My temperature is well under 98. Another woman came to collect my insurance and my ID card, while I filled out the paperwork. Filled out my paperwork by 9:05am. They have a lot of staff here. The same lad that took my ID came to collect my paperwork and to get back my ID. They told me to keep the pen, since it had been in my car. They take all precautions here and take the virus very seriously. They don't need a script here at all, no symptoms required either. My doctor had wanted to provide them with his script paperwork, so that they would provide the results to them directly. They can't and won't send to doctors at all before a procedure. I will have to pass it along myself. The nasal swab today was much more invasive than the first time I had it done. It was shoved it up so far and that it made my eyes flood with tears, that's way up there for sure. Quick and efficient service here for sure. Would get it done here anytime required again.

They will offer services and make it seem like its covered under one fee or your insurance but you will receive a hefty bill later from the labs themselves. They use 3rd party labs that are almost never covered under insurance and promise you wont get charged for partner testing when in reality they have no idea. They will mislead you on service costing and are not very transparent, you will spend months fighting a bill you shouldnt have gotten. Its shame because the nurses/doctors are quite nice but the poorly handled billing is not worth the hassle.
