We have had several situations in which we used there services. The first time we used their service, we have a leak in a wall. They came out and gave us an estimate. They were late to this appointment and were very unprofessional. We used them anyway because they were available to fix the problem immediately. Upon fixing the problem we received a bill for almost twice them amount of the estimate even though no additional work was required. The second time we used them was a complete disaster. They sent an individual to fix a leak under our house. This individual showed up with no coveralls (trip number one, he had to drive to his house to get the coveralls). When he finally began working, he didn't have any couplings to fix the water leak (trip number two, he had to go to Lowes to get supplies). He didn't appear to know what he was talking about and was heard cursing like a sailor under the floor of our house. After ranting and raving about how difficult a job it was and how much it was going to cost, he left a third time (trip three to Lowes) to get more supplies. He was at our home for approximately 7 hours and accomplished an hour of actual work. After all of this we decided to call in another plumber. Willouhgby wanted us to pay $110 per hour for time for work that was not being completed. This plumber arrived on time, was professional and courteous. He also completed the job in less than an hour. His cost was less and he was excellent. Our advice is not to use this plumbing service. You will overpay and they are unprofessional.
