Dr. Lewis can come off as a little tough and rough, but that's because she is the cream of the crop in her field and she knows it! Confidence in cardiology is a must! No doctor is any good without it. The other thing that is great to us is that she demands the best from her nurses. On the day of my appointment after I arrived at the Doctors office I was advised that since another Cardiologist at the hospital had read my Echo results before my surgery that my appointment had been cancelled by Dr. Kamal without my consent or knowledge and was being transferred to that new Dr. When I called the new Dr. to make an appointment he can't see me for another 6 weeks. I am a stage IV cancer patient and I cannot start taking my Chemo meds until I am cleared by a Cardiologist so now I have to delay that treatment. Very poor service and not even an attempt to make it right. The least they could have done is offered to fit me in immediately so as not to delay my chemo treatments.

As fearful as I was, the associates at this pace are simply amazing!!! My appointment was at 8am and altho they were running a little behind, they were extremely polite and updated me as to when I would be seen. The place is extremely clean! Everything is organized and runs rather smoothly once your in the back. The Dr is by the far the friendliest doctor Ive ever encountered! He spoke on my terms and explained everything I was experiencing to me in detail. Altho, I'm not a fan of hospitals or doctor visits, everyone here made my experience much more pleasant than my previous experience to the ER.

I walk in, was told sorry the online system doesn't work when we are busy, it will be a 3 hour plus wait. I was like I checked in online, the girl told me walking ins get preference and I should try med 360. I had waited hours for my child to see a Md and they tell me well you were not a walk in. Why have an online system if it doesn't work or your employees don't follow it.
