Work Completed: Kitchen renovated (cabinet painting, soffit removal and backsplash) , laundry room shelving/office, accent wall living room. Main bathroom reconfiguration to add a large storage closet. Stair railing painting, chandeliers and powder room renovation. Closet system install and renovations. We keep a running to-list and then call him to come out for a few days to do everything on the list. Most recently, we had him come in and patch up a hole in a wall, touch up some paint some areas, replace a sink, power wash our fence, fix some ceiling tile, out up solar lights and fix some squeaky drawers and doors. He does not cut corners, he even came back to touch up the drywall piece because he didn't love the way it came out initially. He even needed a new hose for the sink since the one we had was a little short and he picked one up on his way home that day to bring back the next day versus charging us while he went out and purchased one. He provides an estimate if requested, and does his best not to go over and not without a discussion first.
