Worst excuse for a "resort" ever my family and i can't wait to leave. swim up bar was littered with beers and trash until 9pm. When i told a worker the bar was dirty she told me to just leave it there and that's where It stayed all day. I went out to the pool at 10 am and there wasn't a lounge chair in sight in the beach or pool. I'm wondering now what they do when everyone staying at this place want to lay by the pool. I had to drag a wooden bench to the side of the pool just so i didn't have to lay on the grass. When i asked the manager Lucia she didn't seem to care at all. I could understand if i came here off season but the summer has just started! This is absolutely unacceptable. Also, there's a jacuzzi on the top floor of the bar that has this yellow, disgusting water in it. I can understand if it's closed but at least drain the thing! There are much better resorts here that have better amenities and friendlier staff. My TV is only playing channels in black and white. Don't waste your money here read more
