On May 5th, the day of pickup, one of my coworkers arrived at your bakery to collect the donation of 30 pan dulce. Unfortunately, she was informed by Lorena, the clerk on duty, that she had no knowledge of the donation and was unable to assist. Moreover, Lorena declined to contact Linda or the owner for clarification. After hearing about this issue from my coworker, I visited the bakery personally, only to receive the same response from Lorena. I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed--not only were we unable to fulfill the treat for our teachers, but we also encountered a lack of professionalism and customer care. The reputation of a business relies heavily on both its service and its staff. I am very disappointed about the way your business treats customers. I will not visit your bakery again and I will let everyone know about the terrible experience we had at your business.

This is a big market with lots of selection, clean and well organized. I'd like to specifically call out the pharmacy. I was picking up meds for my parents, and the people there recognized the name and asked how my parents were doing. I'm not used to this in San Diego, where no one knows your name, but it's nice to find the small town atmosphere even in a big market!

Although they were out of a lot of things, we regrouped today and were able to get more items for my in-laws. We all stayed calm and were able to get a healthy food order out to them. They conveniently have a drive thru, so that's a plus. They also have a walk up window, but maybe a table or two outside. There's no indoor area so this isnt really a place to sit and enjoy your coffee. The staff was really nice and even gave us some recommendations. We got a couple of lattes and they were really good! Since they make the espresso fresh, the iced coffee wasn't ice cold but I didnt mind that too much. I will definitely continue to stop by this place whenever im in town!
