I had the pleasure of working with Robert and he displayed the example of a service technician who cares about his job and the product he puts out. He believes in his profession and it showed. This display of professionalism is what you would expect and trust. Thank you guys for your help.

But that's…read moreabout the only nice thing I can say here because I have very strong suspicions that I was almost taken advantage of when I saw the cost estimate. I was quoted an estimated $540.66 to upgrade my laptop's RAM and SSD. While I am fully aware that computer part prices have skyrocketed because of AI, charging $179 for a stick of 16GB DDR4 RAM and $176.66 for a 512GB SSD is pretty extreme. The only thing that is reasonable is the labor fees since a Micro Center store would charge about the same for a RAM upgrade and changing out an SSD. However, the cost estimate costing more than what my device costs seems predatory. I would have just bought a new computer for $540. I took my device to another shop called Wizfix Computers to get another quote, and the owner of WizFix said that $540 for the same upgrades is a gross overcharge. I was only charged $345 at WizFix ($225 for the same parts plus tax, $120 for labor). And as a bonus, the OS was upgraded to Windows 11. Device has been running well after the upgrades. I would have been overcharged nearly $200 if I chose Ross Tech. Trying to take advantage of someone like this to make extra money is very unethical and bad business.

With less than 24 hours' notice, they transformed my site into something that looks clean, modern, and much more aligned with my business. What I appreciated most was that they didn't just make it look better--they took the time to understand what I wanted my business to communicate and offered thoughtful suggestions along the way. They were responsive, easy to work with, and made the entire process feel seamless despite the time crunch. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, creative, and dependable, I highly recommend them. I'll definitely be using them again for future updates and projects!

STAY AWAY If you are looking for professional and reliable web development services. We had a quite…read moredisappointing unprofessional experience with this group, specifically with David Kamjoo. Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

BUYER BEWARE!!! iGeekTeam is scamming businesses out of money left and right. This team is…read moreincompetent and will promise you things that they cannot complete. Raj (lead developer) agreed to rebuild my website from scratch, and update my mobile up within 4-6 weeks. After 18 weeks of development, only parts of the website was worked on and I had to cancel my contract because I was losing money by continuing to work with them - I have a seasonal business. Simply put, the developers could not follow instructions. I would give them clear designs and instructions, they would return incorrect work, and then would blame me for delays by telling me that I was giving them "changes". Most alarming is the dishonesty displayed by this company. During preliminary discussions, Raj insisted that we would need to scrap the previous code, and start the new website from scratch. Once I cancelled the contract and he handed over the files for the incomplete website, I had the code analyzed and the analysis revealed that he never started from scratch as he promised. Raj and his team simply modified the code from my previous website. This is plagiarism and fraudulent. Before the contract had begun Raj was very friendly, but his tone changed once I started asking him why there were delays in the project. He stopped answering my calls and became extremely accusatory. One time I told him that I wasn't pleased with how the project was moving along, and he imprudently said, "If you don't like anything you have my manager email". I called his "manager", she said she would get to the bottom of it and call me back. She never called back and she ignored all of my subsequent phone calls. I did some digging and found out that the manager is in fact his wife. The excuses from these guys are endless. There was no quality assurance on this team's work. They would simply hand over incorrect work, and I would have to go through and test and most items would be incomplete, which was a waste of my time. I would have to repeat myself 10's of times before we completed one item at times. For context, if I gave them 10 items to correct, I would get the work back marked as "completed", when only 1-2 items were fixed! During testing, I would report a problem to him, and his response was usually something along the lines of, "It's working on our end, so...". This is poor customer service. There were even times where he would ask me to contact Google to troubleshoot API's - I was basically doing his job for him. Of the new requirements, only about 27% of the items on my specifications list were completed. I don't know how this company has not been shut down yet. It appears that when somebody leaves a negative review, their scripted response is, "we don't have a contract in your name. Are you sure you have the right company?" and the review gets deleted. Raj even went as far as threatening to leave a negative review on my company if I left him one - which is again fraudulent because he has not purchased anything from our company or utilized our services. All in all, please do not throw your money away. This company should not be allowed to do business. They are beyond deceitful and manipulative. I take responsibility for signing such a poor, vague contract, but nobody else should have to experience what my company has experienced.
