Bladen and Zack are straightforward, friendly, and helpful. I had an issue with my laptop battery port, and after shopping around I landed on these two. If you go to their office, it's in a small building that I'm guessing they rent out, and there they have you fill out a form, drop off your computer/laptop and after a day or two they'll call you back to update you. I appreciated how before I left my laptop they explained what could be wrong, and how they'd fix it. They updated my drivers for me, and had my laptop back to me in no time at all. They were professional. Support local businesses! Geek Squad at Best Buy wanted to charge me for ridiculous, and unnecessary services. And there's a level of ambiguity when you give your stuff to Geek Squad, not with the guys here. Please give them a shot! Thanks guys!

He…read morewas someone I only knew as a very sweet and smart young guy who would service my and my boyfriend's computers. He not only did a great job, but was really kind and reasonable too. Back in maybe 2017 was probably around the time we met him. We only needed help about every 2 years or so. Fast forward to 2020 and none of my phone numbers worked for him. He did seem to have an issue remaining in one place, I wasn't sure why they moved a lot. But I digress. I think once I couldn't get a hold of him, I tried researching here online for new company contact information, only to discover that there were newer negative reviews about him/the company not being reachable. There was a brief time you can see the responses here on you tube from this company explaining how Bladen was experiencing a health issue in the hospital. So we had to go with a different computer repair place, but Bladen's absence hung on my like a wet blanket, and I really wanted to know what may have happened to him. There isn't a whole lot more I can figure out except for that when I looked him up by his name today, I found out there is an obituary for him for his passing in 2023. That's already 2 years ago. I do remember that when I was using Instagram a lot during the pandemic lockdown, that his account popped up on my feed unexpectedly, and it was pretty much him walking through a protest occurring at that time. Besides that though, I hadn't really seen any sign of his existence between this times and it really is a terribly sad thing to find out that he passed away. I don't usually want to find out what happened to someone who serviced my family, but it really bugged me in this case. I do hope info is kept up somewhere here as a means to let people know that he did good work prior to whatever health issue this was that he dealt with.

    I met with Patrick Shea at my office in San Clemente after he tried to reach out to me about…read moreupgrading our office phones. During our meeting, Patrick was very cagey about any type of pricing (even a ballpark) and promised that I'd have pricing or an update as soon as he returned to his office. This isn't too big of a deal, but after stressing the fact that we were meeting to discuss pricing, he made it clear that he would follow up immediately. Twelve phone calls and seven emails later without any sort of response other than "I'm working on it and will have it to you soon." This series of emails continued and he strung me along for over three weeks. I even emailed the engineer that had got on the phone with us, to no avail. Finally, I received an email stating that his company is too busy and he cannot respond. Frustrated, I asked for the owner's contact information or to speak with the owner, no response was given. Obviously. I hope the owners pay attention to their customers needs. Who knows, maybe Yelp will get their attention so the next guy doesn't waste three weeks like Patrick did to me. I'm cautioning everyone now that I would be very hesitant to do business with a company this unprofessional. Mr. Shea did not even provide the courtesy of a call.

AMC jumped into action and in short order our IT and phone problems was solved. The action that AMC took for us now three years ago has paid off exponentially. We hear reports from our customers they are thrilled with our customer services due to having AMC IT and phone support make sure we are running 24/7. This allowed us to expand our company and contracts to provide a solid financial base. Realize with out them we probably would have lost more customers in the recession due to the IT and phone issues we faced. Again real live experience is what AMC brought to our company.
