The truck-based cleaning system broke down in my driveway, actually it was the onboard generator that runs the cleaning equipement. Walter, the cleaning technician was stranded here waiting for a new truck to be delivered. We chatted for some time, nice guy! We called Curtis and his team to come in and restore our finished basement after a massive flood. They were at my house within an hour, cut a few small holes in the drywall and setup their fans. They came back the next day and the area was dried out. Minimal damage and affordable cost.
