At 2:30 on the appointment date, he had not showed up so I called. He said he was running late, a job was more complicated than he thought, he would be there in an hour and a half. Not happy, but I said ok. At 4:20 he had not showed so I called again. He said he would be there shortly, he was just leaving a town 10 minutes away. 20 minutes later i called again. He had not yet left. It was now almost 5 PM and he acknowledged it would take "4 or so" hours to dry. I told him to forget it. He hung up on me. I was admittedly a bit snappish, but hanging up... So now I face putting everything back and doing it all over again when I find someone else. I would NOT recommend this service.
