As a kind of last resort, I decided to try American Auto Hail Repair (even though I didn't have any hail damage). I stopped by to see if I could make an appointment. Phil, the owner, stopped what he was doing (looked super busy - lots of cars) and came out to see what I was talking about. He fixed it right then! And wouldn't accept any payment from me! He certainly made my day (not to mention restoring my faith in humanity :) It's amazing to meet with such kindness! If I ever have hail damage I know where I will go - integrity, can-do attitude and 100% in service of people (before money).

Update of my review: Owner tried to say my review was false…read moreon Google! Super disappointed in that horrible customer service and misinformation. One light hail storm doesn't equal $7,000 no matter what.. I don't know where they got this number from. Very nice service at first but after knowing what the true cost is to fix... we feel disrespected. Do not trust the reviews. Will not let them bill my insurance and will be taking my business elsewhere. This is not correct. Common sense says one light storm doesn't equal that price on its worse day.
