The first employee was Darrell Smotek (who I wrote a Google Review about over a year ago due to his TERRIFIC ASSISTANCE) and in the past few weeks, Hannah Wiley again assisted us in an UNBELIEVABLY positive way. We needed a reading from our CPAP machine and no one was able to retrieve it. This was CRITICAL for us. Hannah spent an unbelievable amount of time, NOT giving up, until she had the report for us. She tried the card from the machine in several of their machines and finally determined a software upgrade was required! The entire time she was courteous and reassuring. Because of her relentless work, we left the office with the report we needed. Most employees would've just said "sorry, your card cannot be read" but she didn't. She cared about her customer and researched how to meet our needs. We feel VERY fortunate knowing she is there to assist us in our healthcare needs!!

Looked on Yelp for a medical equipment store in Temple. This place was rated #2 as the best in…read moreTemple. I wasn't impressed. They were not very courteous or friendly on the phone. Called about getting a walker and bedside commode order sent over but was immediately told orders can't be accepted because they don't take insurance. I didn't state insurance would be involved. Then I asked, if paying out right could the order be accepted and was told "I guess but I don't do in the house stuff." I just said okay and chose to take my business elsewhere.

Do whatever you can to avoid Rotech. Had issues the very first night. Rotech refused to resolve the…read moresituation. Piece that inserts into your nostril was too large and did not allow me to exhale. Instead Rotech suggested I tape it to my face in place below my nose. Rotech also suggested to breath in through my nose and out through my mouth while sleeping. Rotech also suggested I place it in a different place. (Not sure what they meant by that but assumed the lady meant for me to place in my mouth.) Had to return to ER. Rotech did not even try calling me the following day to follow up on the issue. So I called back at 11am the next day and told they could ship out some different pieces that would be a day or two. They could not provide any other option other than me going to the Temple, TX Rotech shop myself. I guess they think I don't have a job at is an hour away from the Temple location and no way to take the day off to get the piece. Their rep should have made sure everything worked at fit correctly before I left the hospital, especially since I have never used an oxygen machine except at the hospital where the piece the hospital used fit just fine. Be careful, very careful. Don't expect prompt service nor a return call.
