Piece that inserts into your nostril was too large and did not allow me to exhale. Instead Rotech suggested I tape it to my face in place below my nose. Rotech also suggested to breath in through my nose and out through my mouth while sleeping. Rotech also suggested I place it in a different place. (Not sure what they meant by that but assumed the lady meant for me to place in my mouth.) Had to return to ER. Rotech did not even try calling me the following day to follow up on the issue. So I called back at 11am the next day and told they could ship out some different pieces that would be a day or two. They could not provide any other option other than me going to the Temple, TX Rotech shop myself. I guess they think I don't have a job at is an hour away from the Temple location and no way to take the day off to get the piece. Their rep should have made sure everything worked at fit correctly before I left the hospital, especially since I have never used an oxygen machine except at the hospital where the piece the hospital used fit just fine. Be careful, very careful. Don't expect prompt service nor a return call.

What crooks! Some…read moreDME companies can be total scumbags. This is one of them. I started receiving TEXT messages from a "Tammy" after my primary referred me over here. What a complete circus act it's been. So they keep claiming to have sent me supplies via UPS. Here's the thing: I have a delivery notification account set up with UPS. Why does that matter? Well UPS sends me alerts when a package is en route, delivery updates, alert the day before, and day of delivery. So, I ALWAYS know when a package is coming my way with UPS. I didn't receive a notice of any delivery from this clown office. They repeatedly keep referencing a tracking number. They now tell me to file a claim with UPS. Well clowns, you know damn well the package recipient doesn't even do that. IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE ANY CLAIM ON THE PACKAGE YOU SEND. It's 100% the shipper you dolts. I can't even file a claim on my end and YOU KNOW THAT. It needs to be filed from the shipper's account. In addition, "Tammy" refused to respond to my inquiries and NOT ONE PERSON VERIFIED MY ACTUAL ADDRESS THEY USED even though I made several calls to the CPAP dept and billing in another country and asked them to verify it. Until Tammy was dipping out for her three day weekend at the end of the day, she passive aggressively confirms "my address" and spolier alert, it's wrong. Just as I suspected. Also, they told me several times to contact UPS myself. Joke's on me again. They freaking know you can't even talk to a person over there. I knew that, but I still called anyway to check that stupid box and jump through another hoop. Then the cherry on top, they send me a text on a SATURDAY MORNING, telling me I have an invoice due for the supplies I never received. I never even opted into texts, so this is totally illegal. I have wasted hours of my life trying to fix this. They can go to hell if they think they can scam my insurance policy and BILL ME MORE MONEY ON TOP OF THAT, for supplies they SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. As if all of that isn't enough, they bill under a company Aero something or other and are "Healthline" which I assume is NOT CONTRACTED with my insurance company. Who knows. But, they are a 100% scam, I am sure of that. Next week I am filing an official complaint with my insurance company against these con artists for all of the described ridiculous events. What do you think TAMMY? P.S. I also have legal services through my employer and I'll be talking to them too next week about your little stunt. See my screenshots of some of the evidence of this shit sandwich I've been served. I'm actually really glad that tool, Tammy decided to only text me. Thanks for the evidence, sister! At least you helped me with that.
