My daughter and I had acrylics done here, it was convenient so we stopped in. My daughter has major anxiety and couldn't bring herself to speak up to say what she actually wanted as they strayed from the picture we showed them. They didn't tell us that what she wanted was going to be extremely pricy. Even I had a hard time with correcting my technician. They are not friendly in the slightest and were very rough. I felt like they were talking about us and laughing in whatever language they speak there. The job they did in the end was nice. It's ok if you can get past their manners or lack of and their extremely high prices that were completely unexpected. The low rating is due to not feeling welcome or comfortable. It's so hard finding a good nail place locally, we were thinking about returning but after reading these reviews I remember why we never went back. read more

First of all, I would like to say the people working are very rude. I was told that my toe nails were short and they were only going to file them (since I just had them done 2 weeks before) and the lady doing my pedicure started having a conversation with another employee and cut one of my feet and actually yelled at me stating she wasn't using clippers. I came in without an appointment at 12 in the afternoon for a gel manicure as I'm in the area for a wedding. The salon was very busy, but Ayleen (spelling may be off) was able to take me. She was so nice, professional and quick. My nails look beautiful and I am very impressed. I really don't understand the current Yelp rating, I had a great experience. My manicure was $44, which at least where I'm from (Northern VA) is a very fair price. If we are ever in the area again I would come back! read more

I get pedicures almost monthly, and never had I had such a bad experience. Two days after my appointment I developed athletes foot on both of my feet and have 2 infected toenails. When I called and asked to speak to the manager about what happened, she told me to "go to a doctor" and that she was not going to issue a refund at all.She was not even willing to talk to me, and set the phone down and walked away (I could hear them talking in the background). I came here as a walk-in with my daughter who had an appointment. I asked if they had an opening for a pedicure. The lady at the front said "it doesn't look like it". So, I sat down on the benches outside where you can plainly see when customers are coming in, to wait for my daughter . Then, another walk in customer for a pedicure asks about getting in. She left and came back 15-20 minutes later and walked right in and sat down for a pedicure. Meanwhile, I am still sitting outside waiting for my daughter to get done. So upset with what this salon has become. I used to love getting my nails done here but I visited for the first time in over 6 years yesterday and I had the worst experience I've ever had with a nail tech. The guy was super rude from the moment I sat down in his chair. He was in the back texting and had to be told 2 times that he had a client. Which is whatever him being on his phone isn't the issue. The issue is that when he came and sat down he looked at me and asked "what do you want?" In the most displeased tone that I kinda stumbled with my answer because I was taken back by how he greeted someone that is paying $70 for his service. Anyhow he had to remove 4 nails that where on my one hand and charged me $10 for that. The best part is that this salon up-charges $10 for a coffin shaped nail. Literally the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. And honestly I think it would be fair to let me know that when I say that's the shape I want. The thing about this appointment that made me so upset (aside from the mess of nails I left with) was that he stopped doing my nails and told me to look away or watch tv or he wasn't going to continue. I was literally holding back tears and even the customer beside me raised her eyebrows when he said that bc it's rude and uncalled for. This was said because I tensed up my finger while he was dipping it into the powder. I'm assuming this is common because my usual nail tech has said "honey just relax your finger for me" and I can see how annoying that would be but he didn't have to say it like he did and then refuse to continue when all I wanted to do was see the experience of getting dip powder for the first time. My biggest complaint is that my nails are way too thick and bulky and I asked him 2 times to file more off and each time he said "I'm not done yet" so where my cuticle and nail meet there is a huge bump and the don't look natural at all. I understand that they aren't natural but At the same time they shouldn't be raised up so much that my hair is getting caught On them like it would if you needed a fill. I'm so upset that I have to go pay more money to get my nails fixed bc they aren't smooth and look ridiculous. Also I didn't notice until I got home that you can see my natural nail on one side and that the very tip of my middle finger nail doesn't have clear coat on it like the rest do. I so badly wanted to be rude back to the people for how rude they were to me but I was on the verge of crying because I was so upset that I had no choice but to leave before I made an idiot of myself. $70 down the drain that I doubt they will refund me. I'm going to call and speak to whoever is in charge of that place and I'll update my review to let Y'all know how they handle this. *update after I called. They hung up on me twice after I told them what was wrong with my nails and that even if I cannot have a refund I just wanted them fixed to my liking. This is actually the most UN-Professional Nail salon that I have ever laid eyes on. Quang and Dat (the manager) were horrible to work with and I would tell anyone who is thinking of coming here, don't. They don't deserve your business with how rude they are. Quang did the work and got a horrible attitude at me when asking to fix any mistakes he made (which were a lot). The final result ended up so bumpy and awful that it looks as if a 2 year old did it. It was halfway offered to be fixed by Dat, if I waited 45 minutes!!! Disgusting equipment and tools, an awful excuse for a business. When you go somewhere like this it's for enjoyment, not a bad day. I don't pay money for people to be rude. And I paid $45 and was denied a refund or partial refund. They did offer a sorry. Sorry, not so sorry...poor professionalism. read more

If you're looking to pamper yourself with a nice manicure or pedicure, do not come to this salon. Not only is the location dirty, the lack of professionalism amongst the staff is obvious. Many customers, including my sister and mother, were told a technician would be available after a 20-30 minute wait. An hour later, they were still not seated and had to leave for another obligation. Further, a customer seated next to them had waited an hour and a half for a manicure after being told that she would be served in 20 minutes. There is no courtesy or respect for people's time. After being seated for my manicure, I instantly regretted it. The technician kept stopping to pick at a scab on her finger. She asked for a bandage, but after it slipped off her finger mid manicure, she removed it, leaving an open cut on her finger. During my last coat of polish, a gnat landed on my finger, prompting the technician to remove the paint and start again. After only a day and a half, the gel polish completely peeled. I paid nearly $50 before tip for my service and was extremely upset. I called to complain and asked for refund. Because I am not local, they said there was nothing they could do, even though the technician remembered me and I offered to send photographs of the damaged nails. Not only was I rudely treated on the phone, I was given no apology. In short, take your money to a place that values its customers and will give you a service you deserve. read more

If zero stars was a thing.. that's what they would have gotten. I initially wanted to get dip. They sat me down at a dirty nail station with nail clippings scattered across the towel. I opted to just let Dat take off my previous dip. He rushed through the process and burned 3 of my nails to the point that I jumped out of the chair. I've tried this place a few times bc it's easy to stop in if they aren't too busy but it's just not worth the price anymore. If you're looking for pampering and feeling taken care of, this is not the place. I have been going to this nail salon off and on for 10 years and more so recently... They are very expensive and I've been a regular customer there. They know my name when I walk in even ! Well I was there 3 days ago to get a shellac on my nails and yesterday half of the shellac tore off my pointer finger ! It's supposed to last 2 to 3 weeks!? I walked in today to have them simply fix that one nail and was told to wait 10 minutes 15 min or so go by and no one has helped me I mention how it has been over 10 minutes Ann the owner says we are very busy sorry ... Just a little longer ... In my opinion a loyal customer walks in with a nail problem when they were just there maybe could be more important for maybe 10 minutes out of there time but instead was very rude ! This place is SO unorganized it's SAD! They have KIDS working the cash register! I called and they said there was no wait time, so I drove there (within 10 minutes) and then they say I have to wait 30 minutes. Ok, so I set my timer and walked around the mall. I come back and they tell me I have to wait ANOTHER 45 minutes! I finally got fed up and left. I found another salon that ACTUALLY SETS appointments for their clients AND it's $15 cheaper than Professional Nails. So glad I didn't waste my money there. This place is ridiculous. I got a full set of acrylic nails with French, then a fill. The morning after the fill the top coat turned a disgusting brown color, like old polish does. I went back to get it fixed and the girl at the register was very rude and said there's nothing they can do, the top coat is just stained. my sister and I called the day before our appointments to schedule them. we asked for 10 am and 11 am. they asked if we could come in at 9:30 and 10:30 instead. we got there at 9:20 to find out they didn't even open until 10. the lady started my nails as soon as they walked in. she was pretty rough with them and didn't talk to me at all. my nails didn't turn out how i wanted them to or close to the picture i showed her. they charged $55 for a fill, which is very overpriced. my sister didn't get started until 11:30 despite her appointment being at 10:30. we had plans at 12 which we were almost an hour late to, due to the fact that they took walk-ins before my sister, again despite her appointment. overall, this place was very overpriced, unorganized, and not what i expected. read more

Very unsatisfied.. The employees were very rude, did a terrible job on my fingernails. The lady that did my nails made rude comments, and left acrylic & glue below all my nails! Cut me several times, no apologies. As soon as I walked in and sat down the lady yelled at me for not knowing what I wanted before coming in... Had stopped several times during doing my nails to check her phone. I showed her a design off my phone that I liked and she said she would do it, then half way thru she said she will do her own design bc she knew what she was doing! I asked her for a sports cut and she had them very long, I asked her kindly to cut them shorter (she did, she also threw the nail file and rolled her eyes!) As I was checking out the lady told me to get my credit card slip and sign it (she didn't want to take the time to hand me my receipt) I had to reach down beside the cash register..
