They didn't tell us that what she wanted was going to be extremely pricy. Even I had a hard time with correcting my technician. They are not friendly in the slightest and were very rough. I felt like they were talking about us and laughing in whatever language they speak there. The job they did in the end was nice. It's ok if you can get past their manners or lack of and their extremely high prices that were completely unexpected. The low rating is due to not feeling welcome or comfortable. It's so hard finding a good nail place locally, we were thinking about returning but after reading these reviews I remember why we never went back.
