I was in need of a human resource document witnessed, and the national bank that has the American flag on the logo was being silly. I usually go to this bank for their free notary service for customers, but between having to chase down the notary ("she's off today") and then having the notary object to signing the document, I was in need of a professional. In other words, I was tired of dealing with some of the cluelessness at the national bank with the American flag on the logo. Marcy at Professional Notary Services came to the rescue. I emailed her asking for an appointment, and she was able to see me about 24 hours later at her office. Upon meeting her, she was warm and friendly but had a no-nonsense approach and moved quickly to business. She accurately signed the required forms without hassle and without my having to return. I have had to return to notaries before because they missed a signature here or there. Since notaries are in the business of signing documents, I want them to be accurate every time. Prices were affordable. Office location is convenient, in the High Falls area. However, I understand that Marcy also offers mobile signing services as well. Marcy exceeded all of my expectations--reasonably priced, friendly, prompt, and accurate. I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. Certainly Marcy's service will cost more than the free service that the bank offers. In my case, it was only nominally more. However, you get what you pay for with free.
