I thought the billing people came across as being kind of shady because: 1. They told me the dates that they didn't have a copay for. 2. When I told them I had receipts, they changed the dates that I supposedly hadn't paid. 3. Then they said that they checked with the doctor's office and suddently I owed for one visit instead of three, and it was one of the oldest where the receipt would be hardest to find. 4. So I went to the PT office, and the billing person there checked into it and said that I had paid for all the visits. I still think Sport & Spine does a really good job with the physical therapy, but their billing people were horrible. So Sport & Spine gets five stars for the work and one star for their billing practices. Since it's the quality of the care that matters most, I'm calling this a four star place. If you go to Sport and Spine, save all those little scraps of paper that they give you. Someday when you think everything is done, some billing company in California may surprise you and send you bills for money that you don't owe.

I called Kate at Hampton PT for an OT recommendation/referral. When I described my injury she said that she could provide treatment. What a difference!!!! The therapy that I have received at Hampton PT (by Kate) is by far superior to the previous treatment at Exeter. At Hampton PT, I get a full hour of treatment that include at least 30 minutes of intense treatment by the therapist. The results have been significantly positive. At Exeter, the treatment by the therapist was minimal; maybe 20 minutes of low to moderate treatment by the therapist. The difference is like night and day. I only wish that I had started with Hampton PT at the onset of my injury. Two years ago I was treated at Hampton PT for a herniated disc. Again, the treatment I received as awesome! I avoided surgery and was able to return to all of my activities (Golfing, gardening, etc.) I can't write enough positive comments about Hampton PT. Thank you! Thank you!

Bourdeau and staff quickly put those concerns to rest - they comprehensively outlined the treatment protocol, set benchmarks for progress, and were clear and thorough in their instructions for my at-home exercises. I progressed back to full-functionality faster than expected, and (importantly) my surgeon was extremely happy with the result.
