He gave me a date for the tree cutting and was on time and did the tree cutting work quickly and efficiently. The Limbwalker Tree Cutting Service men were friendly and easy to work with. They were careful to cut the trees and not damage my property or the lawn. The tree cutters did an amazing job with my complex tree cutting work, removing many large limbs of deadwood, and cutting down, hauling, and mulching several dead trees. Mark and his tree cutting crew cut a huge 110 foot white pine tree and a willow tree with a 6 foot stump. They completed the tree cutting quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable price. The tree cutting crew cleaned up all the branches and raked the leaves up too. Mark Heinz at Limbwalker Tree Service and his tree cutting crew made sure the job was done right and I was happy with it. Mark provided a clear list of services and options. Mark was professional and explained everything before the work was to be done. Once I approved the work the job was scheduled and quickly completed. I was happy to see they cut the stumps as low as possible too. The clean up was amazing, surrounding plants looked untouched. I've had a lot of trees cut down in my yard and this was the first time I had tree cutters leave my yards that clean and surrounding plants that untouched. I was impressived and it shows pride in their work. Mark is very responsive to email and phone calls. They needed to very precise in cutting the 110 foot huge white pine tree down without damaging the neighbors fences, or my shed, and working around a power line. It was amazing to watch how efficiently they accomplished the tasks. The clean up of the branches and debris was outstanding. Extremely happy with the quality, timeliness and price of the job. I didn't notice until I had a pond in my front yard. No call backs to help resolve the issue. I had to pay an irrigation company myself to correct the problem and it was all out of my pocket. The neighbor had this company called D & D Tree Service cut down a good size ash tree in their…read morefront yard and they didn't have a boom truck to lower the upper branches. Instead, they used a hi-jacker type unit so they were just dropping large branches at random and ended up damaging our crab tree and dwarf willow tree in our front yard. We had gone out and told them to be careful after we saw them drop a branch on the willow but they went on to damage our beautiful flowering crab apple tree, snapping off a main upper branch and stripping off many smaller leaf containing branches. Without our consent they trimmed off the damaged section and now the top has a large bare space and the one side looks sparse with many of the leaf branches missing. One of the owners said he would send a tree expert consultant out to look at the tree. No one called or came over after us calling him back twice. He said he would come by last weekend with a contract to replace the tree. Surprise, surprise no one called or came over. They also left a good sized mess in our landscaping and front yard for us to clean up. Run don`t walk away from these guys.

Called Kevin to get a small shrub stump removed from a bed next to my home. We were told that there…read morecould be slight disturbance to the grass, but there shouldn't be anything to worry about. The pictures represent what my lawn looks like now. When I came home after work to discover the ruts in my lawn, I immediately called Kevin to discuss what had happened. He apologized, told me that he wanted to make things right and how he had sent someone to do the job that had just graduated from high school and wasn't properly trained. Not sure how this was supposed to cover him as a business owner/leader, but that is what was offered. After about a week and no visible change, I called Kevin again and was told that he had stopped by our house and walked around on the lawn and that it would be fine in a couple of days. It has been several weeks now and this is still what our lawn looks like and Kevin isn't answering his phone any more. When he initially tried to blame one of his untrained employee for what happened, I knew he wasn't going to hold up his end. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
