This is fine, I understand this is many different forms and takes time. The QDRO, however, is still not completed. The paperwork was filed with them in mid March, and as of May 19th, is not only not done, they are no longer returning my calls. I've called at least a half dozen times, and the only answer I've gotten is "I'll try to contact legal" or "I don't know". Our agent has no idea what they are working on, or a timeline, when last she spoke to me.
