The quality of the work and level of care are also outstanding. I have never been less than thrilled with my treatment plan and the outcome of all work they've done, including temporary crowns and fillings. They thoroughly listen to patients, accommodate requests, and make sure you are aware of exactly what will be or is being done. When I was a new patient, they could tell that going to the dentist made me nervous, and they care enough to remember that and check in with me at a few points during every appointment. They are also open 12 hours every weekday and 6 hours on Saturdays, making sure that there is a spot open regardless of work or hectic schedules. Dr. Isaac has been in charge of my treatment plan across many appointments, and he is only satisfied when I am. He didn't radically alter my smile or bite, he stayed very close to my original tooth profile with small adjustments to improve look and function. He did radically alter my expectations of dental care and quality. I cannot emphasize how much better he is in every way than any of my previous dentists or dental offices. Extra shout out to his assistants Tiffany and Sadie, and to all of the DAs and even front office/billing personnel who have been equally caring and reassuring. I would rate the entire practice as a 6/5 if it let me.

They also made a choice not to drill just to drill. The other Endontist had told me I needed three root canals and that it was emergent. A hole was also drilled in my mouth by mistake during a filling and nothing was said. When I got home and the numbing wore off and I looked in my mouth I could see an almost dime-size hole in the back of my mouth. There was also a wad of bloody gauze by the hole, so clearly they knew they injured me but said nothing. It was painful and difficult to eat anything for a few days. The staff (Dr. Fraizer & assistant) never said anything while I was there and I had to call myself and tell them, and they didn't even believe me until I emailed a photo to them. Ever since Dr. Frazier left it has gotten much worse than it already was. There has always been a high turnover rate in staff since I have been a patient there. There is a new face every time I come, so there is never the same person working on my teeth. It's an unsettling feeling as someone who already has anxiety about the dentist. At my most recent 6 month cleaning I didn't see the doctor until over an hour after my appointment time. I was there in total over an hour and a half. The doctor, hygienists, and assistants were bouncing between patients the whole time I was there. During my exam I barely felt her scrape my teeth to remove plaque. And once I got home and looked at my teeth to no surprise there was still a high percentage of plaque left on my teeth. At least when Dr. Fraizer was there she cleaned my teeth thoroughly. This place is unprofessional and exams are rushed. Thankfully I'm moving soon so I won't have to come back to this place. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Typically I'm not one to complain but this is the worst dental experience I've had in my life.

They must've been short staffed because she had to stop my cleaning to go clean another patients teeth instead of finishing . Fast forward a month later , I get a consult with a different office , took new X-rays , and BEHOLD, the dentist told me I had no cavities . If you are told you have cavities , get a second opinion before letting someone drill into your teeth and compromising your tooth. The front office was great, the staff wasn't bad at all, but don't fool people into a procedure if it isn't necessary.

The staff are all generally kind and their doctors are knowledgeable. The quality of care seems pretty average and they are somewhat attentive... The struggles I have with them are: - Upselling. I have dental insurance, yet I am always out of pocket WAY more then I thought I would be going in. With little reason, I am just told 'this is what you need' without any WHY I need it. - I never get follow up calls or explanations from them - i.e. My EOB from my insurance states different billing codes and amounts then what I was charged and no one has followed up with me - it's been nearly three months. - The employees never seem to know answers to questions I ask - I.E. what type of work am I having done? How long is my appointment? When should my son be seen? etc etc. I am met with employees who don't know, have to 'get back to me' and just are not trained well AT ALL. My story lies here: During my pregnancy, I was told everything was great. After having my son, I am immediately met with "you should have been seen every 3 months" and was told it was MY FAULT. I got back into cleanings and a plan and even had a bridge completed (something I have been waiting 20 years to do.) Bridge was done with complications which I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK and when I called they said it was because the doctor was on vacation - they blamed my doctor! Talk about unsupportive staff. Now I am being told I need ANOTHER deep cleaning WITH genetic testing and it's more money. Red flags you guys! Do better. I have yet to get a call back to really explain to me WHY I've paid what I've paid and WHY I need more work done. I don't know if I'll go back to be honest.
