They were the 2nd ones to check it . The 1st company charged me over $850. and told me it was repaired. It wasn't, after $850. They decided I needed a new unit. I did get a new unit at a lower cost. Made an appointment with Jason Dyal on June 30th via telephone for a warranty maintenance service call for July 10th. I sat there all day waiting for this guy to show up or some sort of communication response for a service call and almost 6 hrs later he texts a response saying "I forgot." Thankfully it was just a yearly warranty checkup and not broken down. Being one of my very few days off from work I would have rathered get errands done than sit home waiting for a supposed business professional that never showed. We also called the main office in Bainbridge and they expressed the same concern that they were unable to reach Jason that entire day and would have him return our calls. That never happened.
