Freddy and his crew did a fantastic job repairing the areas where the drywall and baseboards had been removed, and the drywall looks _perfect_. And since the old vanity had to be removed (and came apart in pieces during the removal process), Freddy sourced a great replacement double sink vanity that was an exact fit - bear in mind the old vanity was a custom size but Freddy found a perfect replacement. He was great at communicating with us at all times, and Charles in their office stayed on top of things when the insurance company was, well, having problems communicating. If I sound extremely happy with this company, it is because I am extremely happy with them...if I could give them 6 stars, I would. I'm very glad my plumber recommended them, not sure what the other reviewer experienced but my experience was 100% satisfactory. No problems, very professional, and arrived on time every day. He was open to our request and worked with us. His tile work was great. We didn't have any complaints. So, needless to say, I didn't hesitate to rehire Jose to remodel my master bath. The first sign I ignored was that Alias no longer worked for him. Second, he tried to get more money out of us for the job after we approved his bid. He claimed that he didn't know about the scope of work. I offered to show him the material that we were using, but he declined. I gave him a drawing of the design that we wanted with the tile, and he said that the drawing was small. Even with that being said I told him that we wanted to be fair and that we would meet him halfway with an increase but, he said that he would let it slide because I was a repeat customer. Third, he lied to us almost on a daily basis about when he was coming to work. He came late or not at all. We thought we were going to get a good job in the end, so we let this slide. The job drug on forever, and finally, he had 3/4 done, and we needed the granite installed before he could finish. I contacted him the day the granite was finished, and he lied for two more weeks about coming to finish until we caught him in a lie about being out of town because of a family members illness. We called him on a different number, and he was on a job site with construction noise in the background. He then came clean and admitted that he was not coming back to finish the job. He left a mess with the tile work. The tile wa) s not level, crooked, raggedy cuts. We had to find someone else to finish the job. Don't use this company! They do shoddy work, lie, and don't know how to manage his projects.
