First attempt they went out and installed the sign post ON THE SIDE OF THE PROPERTY in a common area managed by the HOA. Since when do we install a for sale sign on the side of a home??? I called to advise and was told they would be out the next day to relocate. They came out the next day and installed the post in the courtyard in front of the wrong property! Never attempted to maybe think to knock on the door to verify with homeowner or maybe look at the wooden address sign that is actually on the porch to my clients home! Clearly visible. Now we have a neighbor with a post hole and an area in HOA territory with another. Third time was a charm. Moving on I will find a more proficient company to handle the job for me.
