It always seemed as though they would bring a few good qualities to the table that would over shadow any negative. The Lucky's literally have ALLLLLLLL of the good qualities and zero of the negative. My sister referred them so I knew I had a win bc my sister does her homework and finds the best in the biz. She was spot on!! I like to walk in my sister's neighborhood and I often saw The Lucky's sign. Not only did I love their name but they are such a beautiful family (I later found out that they are as beautiful on the inside, as out). We decided to put our house on the market on a Wednesday. I called Lisa and she and her daughter, Laura came out the next day. The following day their photographer took pictures and we went live Saturday at 7:00 am. By 9:00am we had two showings set up for that morning. We had 2 offers by 2:00 pm - one full price and one over asking!!! One might think that we were under priced but we were actually higher than the normal sq footage asking price. We also only had three showings (the last showing is currently a back up offer). We close in one week and are allowed by the buyer to live rent free for 2 months while we close on our new home. We knew specifically that we wanted to be in my sisters neighborhood and the day we listed Lisa Lucky told us they have a house coming on right down the street from my sister. This was just one of many God things that the Lucky's were involved in. This house is now under contract BY US!!!!! They are now the transaction broker on this house since they have it listed too. The best thing is that they are so amazing and good at their job that I never minded that they had to remain neutral. We didnt skip a beat! You need to be comfortable with how the process works and with all of the timelines, particularly after receiving an offer. Some of the upfront work (pictures, completing disclosure forms, getting your home 'showing ready', etc.) that become DYI 'projects' can also be a bit overwhelming if you are not familiar with the process. The home we sold with Jeffrey's assistance was the seventh home we have purchased/sold, the fifth that we have sold without the assistance of a 'full service' realtor. We have experienced a number of variations of the flat-free listing service (listing broker reviews documents, listing broker does nothing, etc.). We chose the $995 listing plan with Jeffrey. In summary, it got our home in the MLS (our feeling is that this is the most important thing when trying to sell a home), e-mail only support from Jeffrey (don't let that scare you off), review of documents by Jeffrey, etc. Hands down this was the best experience we have had with a flat-rate fee listing broker.
