Ordered two 8x3 vinyl graphics here for a little bit over $100 after tax. Customer service was excellent. I brought in a pencil sketch up and went over it with her over the counter than emailed her some files. The next day the proof was ready and I went in to approve and revise. Horrible experience. I used them to make a magnet for my car and they said it would not be pixelated at all and would come out as clear as the file I gave them. Not true. The magnet was horrible looking and they didn't give me my money back or just make me a better magnet because they said it was my fault for the type of file I gave them. Well I gave them the file type they asked for but what upsets me is if why did they print the magnet knowing it would not work. What a waste of time and money. Also, they took about a week longer to make it then they said it would take. They just kept giving me excuses why it was not ready I even went in to check up on them during their business hours but for some reason they were randomly closed without a sign or anything saying when they will return. I probably should have read the earlier reviews and looked up the Better Business Bureau's 'F' rating of them before taking my business there. The order was for two small 18 x 24" signs with simple text lettering -- nothing special. I was told by every sign company I called that they could have it ready for me the next day, and ProGraphics was no different. They were the least expensive, so I went with them. First, they told me in broken English to bring in the artwork saved as a PDF file, but when they opened it, they said they couldn't use it and for me to bring it back in MS WORD DOC format. For artwork? Huh? Went home and fiddled around with it for nearly an hour to get it into a DOC format (which still makes no sense to me). When I returned with the artwork saved as a Word document, they said they got the PDF to work on their computer after all -- right after I left. But no phone call to give me a heads-up. Time wasted. Once the artwork was finally set, they asked me to prepay which I was happy to do, only they don't take credit cards and seemed astounded that a customer wouldn't carry that much cash or a checkbook with them. She asked me twice, "You don't have cash with you?" Um, no, this is 2012, not 1912. They agreed to proceed with the order and I could pay cash when I picked it up. They had everything they needed that Thursday afternoon and they promised the order would be ready the next day, assuming they had the materials. If not, they would have it ready by Monday -- Tuesday at the absolute latest. A week went by and I never heard from them, so I called the following Thursday and they told me they were still working on the order and they would call when it was ready. I called again the following Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Of about six phone calls, four were not answered at all and I left two messages - none of which were returned. I gave up and took my business elsewhere! [UPDATE:] TWENTY THREE DAYS LATER, they finally called and asked if I could come pick up my order! They have absolutely no customer service, no sense of urgency in meeting their customer's needs or in making them happy in any way. It's clear that in their eyes, the customer is just a necessary evil in making some quick cash. read more

The graphic artist seemed annoyed to be dealing with me. I should have just left! They lost my business card file and a WEEK after the cards should have been completed they called to ask for me to bring the file again. I would not have been so upset if the 3 signs outside my building had been delivered with in the time frame promised. They said 5 days, it took 27! After 4 no shows from Pro Graphics (they had called and promised times) My husband's 4 phone calss being ignored by the manager, I had to go into the office and make a scene. I am still waiting for my light bulbs to be changed (though we asked for the bulbs to be taken when the original sign was removed, the workers spoke little english and didn't understand that the correct bulb size was on the bulb nor did he know to measure for the other 2 signs on the road.) Light bulbs should have been changed 7 days ago with the last promise! read more
