At first I thought I had struck gold by finding this guy. However, he proved me wrong almost…read moreimmediately. I had him come out to give us a quote on building a patio and firepit in the back yard while my boyfriend was deployed as a surprise anniversary present. I had two concerns, 1) it be further away from the house than the make shift one my boyfriend built, 2) it look professional, like we didn't do it ourselves. Neither of these happened. The pit ended up being closer to the house then the last one, then it's at such a slope you can't even put furniture on it. When I contact Gary to ask him why he was very defensive and stated that in order to have it level we would have needed a retaining wall. This was not once mentioned to us. Secondly someone on his crew hit our toy hauler and didn't bother to mention the damage. Third, we've had the finished product for a month and the pavers are already coming out. This guy doesn't understand the meaning of customer service, he gets irate and defensive when you try to bring a concern to him to the point that we just paid for the final product just to be don with him. Oh and we've used his lawn service for years so don't think you have a good relationship with the guy he has no idea what service after the sell is. Now, this is not all opinion we've sent picture to several different companies to get quotes to fix it and it's going to cost us as much to fix it as we paid to have him put it down.
