Today I realized an electronic deposit from over a week ago had been declined which caused an overdraft. I didn't have a clue. The real kicker is that it was due to signing my name and not writing "for deposit only" with my signature. Twice I reached out via chat but Customer service wasn't helpful. The one good thing I can say is that local banks are super helpful when a new card is needed, but Id rather go elsewhere.
