I was ready to go to those orange tents you see at the parking lots of Canadian tire but with Anna from Frozen spreading her bitter charm those tents are no longer out. My friend had recommended me to the Windshield Surgeon. Made an appointment bright and early on Saturday morning. Came in and was greeted right away. They took a quick look at the chip and estimated about a ten minute wait. There's magazines, coffee and even microwavable popcorn too which is a welcomed treat. After ten ish minutes, keys were given back and that ugly chip is now a smaller scar. TL;DR: quick, affordable place to repair your windows from chips and cracks! Free popcorn!!!

You have not proactively contacted me once, I feel like I'm babysitting you. It has been 6 months since the alternator was replaced, this is not a reasonable timeline to have a warranty fulfilled. If you bought a faulty part from a shady company that would not fulfill the warrant and sold it me to as a new part with full warranty that is not my fault. At this point you should be refunding me the cost and keeping the warranty whenever you get to it.

I had a terrible experience at Lube City, I had a fuel filter changed on my diesel. I was in the…read moreshop for four hours, and a tow truck had to haul my truck to the dealership to get it fixed. They claimed the problem was with my truck, which the dealership said it was from the improper install. So I talked to the manager of the Lube City and he would not refund my money from the oil change or the bill from the dealership. I had to talk to their Vice president and threaten to put a write up in the Stony Plain reporter before he would even call the dealership. After he called the dealership he finally agreed to refund my money. I would not recommend Lube City to anyone I know. They talk about there warranty, if anything goes wrong, but if it does they just blame it on something else so they are not responsible. I hope they close the doors on this business, if this is how they are going to operate.
