I could sum this whole review up with, "I should have come here first," and, "I should have…read morelistened to my husband." I tried out a different windshield repair place first for a chip that led to a crack and then it cracked again and doubled in size in a period of 24 hours. If I had only come here first, they could have sealed the initial chip AND crack with resin and it wouldn't have spread. So in the end, I did end up coming back here and having my windshield fixed by them, just wish I came sooner. Staff were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They say they are the only ones in Western Canada that seal your entire chip/crack and not just put a little resin in where the chip started or where the hole is drilled to end the crack. They offer a warranty, for free, on the repairs they do so you have nothing to lose. Next time, this will be my first and only stop for windshield repair.

They weren't 5 feet from my vehicle and he said he dropped his drummel on your windshield. Even demonstrated for me on an old windshield it was exactly the same mark. Plus they said it was not repaired properly and will likely crack. I am filing a complaint with SGI requesting an entirely new windshield and having someone else install it. Rude unprofessional, not terribly talented and certainly not masterful.

I was ready to go to those orange tents you see at the parking lots of Canadian tire but with Anna from Frozen spreading her bitter charm those tents are no longer out. My friend had recommended me to the Windshield Surgeon. Made an appointment bright and early on Saturday morning. Came in and was greeted right away. They took a quick look at the chip and estimated about a ten minute wait. There's magazines, coffee and even microwavable popcorn too which is a welcomed treat. After ten ish minutes, keys were given back and that ugly chip is now a smaller scar. TL;DR: quick, affordable place to repair your windows from chips and cracks! Free popcorn!!!

I looked up Crackmasters and saw glowing reviews. This was utterly painless - I drove up and Philip came out. He grabbed the keys and told me he'd text in a couple hours or so. It was done a bit earlier and picking up was just as painless. The service was good, the workmanship appears excellent. I hope I don't have to visit anytime soon but if I do I'll be happy to come back.

Both times were due to a deal-of-the-day voucher and if not for those vouchers, I would not use their services. The staff seemed very confused about my appointment both times and did not lend confidence to me leaving my keys with these individuals. When it came to picking up the vehicle, apparently only one person on staff is capable of checking a vehicle out and settling any outstanding amounts owed. In both trips, I had to wait for this person to return from being out of the shop before I could take my vehicle home. If this had happened once, then I would call it bad luck on my part. Twice starts to indicate a pattern. Again, did not inspire confidence in the business. When I had my windshield replaced, gunk and other various debris was left on my dash for me to clean up. I wasn't impressed. With my chip repairs, one chip that I had asked to be repaired was not completed when I initially arrived to pick up the vehicle. As the business is close to my office, I left it there to be completed, and I would pick it up later. When I did pick up the vehicle, they did not charge me for the chip they had missed, which was redeeming. I don't know that I'd recommend this business for Windshield service.
