They said they couldn't get Philadelphia Contributionship to write a policy for this property. It was done in one day by another agency. Just recently tried to have them add a policy to a second home and they couldn't help me. They have agents with no experience, they wanted me to contact contractors to asses some values to replace items if they were deemed a total loss. Policy was added at another agency in a day. In my opinion they have no interest in helping there clients. They have never been able to help me with anything ever. I am surprised they are still in business. PS, this is the first ever review I have ever posted in my life but I really want people to know what they are getting from this agency.
