Wow, they go over and beyond. First of all, even with 2 teen drivers, we got a better rate here…read morethan many other places. I'm a bargain shopper and couldn't believe that State Farm was the best bang for our buck. Second: their customer service is absolutely top notch. We had to get a title bond, and they met us after hours, not once but twice to help us with it. My husband works out of town so he isn't always available in normal business hours. But, on top of that, Jeremy came to us at a restaurant we were at to assist us, even after he was dealing with an ill family member in the hospital. We are blown away by their service. Absolutely blown away. I will enthusiastically recommend them to everyone I know.

Called Insurance Plus Agencies LLC in Pearland for a non-owner auto insurance quote…read more Karina collected all my personal information, ran it through their system, and only then returned to say she couldn't help me because the policy 'doesn't cover anything. When I questioned why this policy even exists, she argued instead of explaining or offering alternatives. She could have been upfront from the very first moment I asked about it -- instead of wasting my time with unnecessary personal information. Extremely disappointing and unhelpful customer service. I've been a State Farm customer for more than forty years and have dealt with numerous agents…read more Shane is my favorite! When we moved to Clear Lake I requested Shane as my agent based on their convenient location. I am so glad that I did. I've never visited my agent's office as often as I do Shane's and that's because of the convenience (right next door to the UPS store!) and the friendly people. Julann is a treasure, always willing to drop whatever she is doing and help me with whatever issue has me popping in unannounced. She never makes me feel like I am an interruption, and she goes out of her way to be helpful. When my homeowner's rates skyrocketed (like everyone else's) she helped me reevaluate my policy and deductibles and get the rate down to something more affordable. I did shop for several additional quotes and am satisfied that State Farm's rates remain competitive with the market. I recently suffered a small amount of damage to my car. Julann took the time to help me review all four of the repair estimates I received. She guided me through every step of the claim process, and when there was a mix up with the rental car agency, she had it corrected within minutes! A satisfyied customer for over forty years, I highly recommed State Farm and Shane is the best agent ever!

We just signed with them!…read more We initially heard about Charter Lakes through the grapevine; family, friends, forums, etc., not a single negative review that was worth taking into consideration. So we got our quote from some Representatives at the Houston Boat Show. Not knowing anything really about boat insurance, but being from the insurance industry, my first questions were kind of in-depth about the Policy wording. Instead of winging it and giving me the run around, they had one of their adjusters call me directly to answer all of my very annoying questions and he did it with perfection. The policy covers a lot of things you wouldn't think about. They even cover part of your fishing tournament entry if you can't make it because of an emergency. We called a few other insurance agencies for quotes. All was much more expensive and seemed we were going to get tangled up in the even of a claim. I feel pretty relaxed knowing that we have Charter as our Agent. They are backed by JG Gallagher brokerage and deal with very high rated insurers such as XL Catlin and Markel.

People had problem fighting for money on claims. Everywhere I read about Charter Lakes people had nothing but glowing reviews. They cover things like if the boat is damaged while trailering etc. In boat insurance you can't just shop price they are not all equal. I want my asset protected. My sales agent was Allie Hyder and she went way beyond to make this the easiest insurance purchase ever. She is super friendly and always in a great mood. I could not have asked for anyone better. If you need insurance on your toys, give them a call.
