We went a few days before our membership was set to expire and they refused to service my vehicle unless I renewed the membership. We refused to renew and so they refused to service our car at all even though we had almost a week left before the new rate kicked in. A few days later they still charged my card at the new rate, and when I asked for a refund they refused to give me my money back. They said the only thing they could do was to give me 2 "free car washes". This is a scam!

I got the quote, but it was a bit out of my budget, so I wasn't going to move forward with the job. The owner said he would honor that price and do the entire car instead of just the patchwork that the quote originally covered. I agreed and left my car for a couple of days to get the bumper reinforced (it was being held down by screws) and a full-body paint job. When I dropped the car off, despite the obvious discoloration from the sun, you could clearly tell that the original color was metallic gold. But it was returned to me an ugly tan/beige. I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction to the owner, who tried to tell me that this was what the color of my car was "supposed" to be and that, because it had been discolored, I probably wasn't used to how it looked with a fresh coat of paint. The paint job was decent enough, but the color was an extreme letdown . He hesitantly offered to redo the color after a minor back-and-forth with me, but after being without my car for most of my work week--and heavily relying on it for transportation--it wasn't feasible for me to give it up again for several more days. So, despite being displeased, I took his word for it--him being the professional and me the customer. Fast-forward to now: while driving on I-95, I experienced the misfortune of some type of metal debris flying back into my bumper after being hit by a car in front of me. This caused the entire front of my car--including the bumper, bumper trim, front lip spoiler, and bumper grill--to be damaged. With the front of my car practically hanging off, I immediately took it back to Diamond the same day to get a quote for the repair. The quote I received was only a couple hundred dollars less than what I paid just months ago for a full bumper repair and full-body paint job. I was dumbfounded. It really felt like they were pulling prices out of thin air. I declined the offer and started researching other shops. My car is currently being worked on as I type this, and I'm already experiencing issues because of Diamond! The new shop ordered paint that matches my VIN, and--surprise, surprise--it does not match the color currently on my car, thanks to Diamond Auto Painting & Collision. I knew this would be a problem, which is why, before handing my car over to the new shop, I tried to call Diamond to get more information about the horrendous paint they used. I was met with the worst attitude I've ever experienced in my life from the woman who works in their office. All in all, I'll now have to spend more money out of pocket to get another full-body paint job somewhere else after the current repairs are finished--all because this shop doesn't know how to properly match paint. It's extremely disappointing, and I'll be sure never to recommend this place to anyone.
