I made a call to change insurance and the quote I received to start is not the quote I am paying. And there is no way for me to get my money back because I missed the email to sign up for the coupons I needed to use for my bill to be the correct price. I get a million emails everyday I didn't know my insurance wasn't completed. There service doesn't offer a call or anything just if you miss that email you have to pay way more then what you were quoted. read more

We are working with agent Brian who is denying our claim. My husband hit a dear, left front. We take it to a collision place who only fixes the body work. We were unaware that that is all the collision place would do. We picked it up, you can hear the damage from inside the truck. We take it to the dealership where they tell us it needs $4,000 dollars worth of work. NOTHING was wrong with the Truck nor has it EVER been in accident until now. Brian is denying the claim. We have called his supervisor. Now Brian is saying that the dealership is saying the damage is not from the accident. I wonder who is lying. Brian! I am beyond frustraited! We pay full coverage and this has been going on since before Christmas! We intend to contact his suppervisor again for immediate reconsiliation of this situation. I was recently in a car accident with a Progressive Insurance insured. I am a senior citizen who has not had to deal with a major car accident or repair in a long time. The process with Progressive started out okay, the claims representative stated "We accept full liability for this claim". After that there was nothing but delaying and fighting over everything. I got my car back 2 months later. My body shop did a great job, but it took a long time because they had to fight for every nickel. Dealing with Progressive was a total pain. Wow this was the best experience with working with an insurance company I have ever had. My car was damaged and the person had Progressive insurance so I went to the claim center and Matt was my go to between his company and there client. I had a unique situation with there client and Matt was instrumental in helping fix the situation so all people were satisfied and my car will be fixed and there client has minimal damage there policy. There are super into there customers and if a car pulls in some one immediately walks out to greet them which I saw about 6 times. There is a large spacious waiting area with complementary drinks and snacks which included tea, water, soda. Coffee, cookies, chips etc. It was actually comfy and there is a kids area with coloring goodies for the kids. I was amazed that I left with a check on the spot to repair the damage to my car. This operation was was totally impressive compared to my insurance company and I have a big name one. After my awesome experience with Progressive I would definitely look into them if I want to change company's in the future. I was totally impressed today with my contact and the do a really great job even though I'm not a client of them. read more

I would give them negative 5 stars if i could. We used them for our home and auto insurance. This company has done nothing but SCREW us left and right. We had a flood in our basement that they DIDNT pay to fix. It was all out of our pocket. Almost 8k to have a flood company come in and rip out drywall and flooring and remove mold the previous owners hid. They said bc it was preexisting mold they wouldn't cover it. Fine whatever. Then in October they started asking for paperwork to show we had the basement cleaned up and repaired. Why i have no idea bc they DIDNT PAY FOR THE WORK! We sent them everything they asked for more than once. I have all emails phone calls and letters as proof. Then two weeks ago we got a letter from our MORTGAGE company telling us our homeowners insurance was cancelled. We never got a letter from Progressive. So my husband called they said they needed an air quality test done to show there was no more excess mold. Again THEY DIDNT PAY FOR ANY OF IT! So if we got this air test we would get our insurance reinstated. I had to pay $500 for an air quality test. Got that done sent it in the second we got the results and they said they'd call in 48 hours. A WEEK goes by and no call. So my husband calls them and they tell us that they won't reinstate our insurance even though we did EVERYTHING they told us to do and spent &500 we didn't have!!! And now when we tried to get new insurance today they have us marked as uninsurable!! So i can't even get find insurance bc of Them! Bc they lied and screwed us over! This is the WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE! Bc of them my mortgage is going us $600 CONTACTING dollars! I will be posting this everywhere to make sure everyone knows what a trash company you are! DO. NOT USE THEM! ILL BE GOING TO THE BBB AS WELL AND ANY OTHER MAJOR COMPANIES I CAN GO TO! I had to bring in my car for some auto body damage and overall had a good experience. Everyone was friendly and my car was finished 9 days after I brought it in (including the weekend). Luckily I had alternative transportation and didn't need to rent a car, so although I wanted the car back ASAP it was okay to wait. They have free snacks and soda/water in the lobby but honestly I was in and out so fast I didn't have a chance to enjoy the goods. The shop they used to repair my car did a good job (that will be another review) and I couldn't even tell there had been damage. There was a 1/2" wheel well trim piece that was not secured properly to the quarter panel but I didn't notice it until after I had left (and Progressive and the auto body shop didn't either) and it wasn't worth the hassle to go back. The location is way out the way for my work/home location but it was nice to just drop it off and have them handle the whole repair. I mean, we are paying a deductible for a reason. Lastly, and the reason I am giving them one less star, is that my car interior was dirtier when I picked it up then when I dropped it off. Now this could easily be from the auto body shop but either way, both companies should have noticed how dirty they made the car and someone should have cleaned it better. I had just cleaned my car pretty well about a week before I brought it in and there were smudges of something on my black leatherette seats. Almost like a cement color. You could tell someone tried to "clean" the surfaces of the dash, steering wheel, etc. but there was almost a dirty film on everything. And it smelled weird. Dealing with an insurance claim is never fun (and this was my first time filing one) but at least the process was easy enough in my case. read more

Tucked back in a secret location in Greenfield is the Progressive Service Center. If you are unfortunate enough to land yourself in a car accident - hopefully you are fortunate enough to end up being serviced by this center. I was in a three-car accident on my way home from work, and it was not my fault. The man at fault had Progressive insurance, and I was instructed to bring my car in here. They were very flexible with appointment times, and they're open until 7:00 on weekdays which was SO helpful with my 8-5 work hours. There are clear markings where to pull under and park your car for drop-off, and I was greeted instantly when inside. They also offer pop, water, coffee and hot chocolate along with some cookies and snacks - nice touch. They allowed me to choose from their fleet of rental cars, and I was placed in a 2014 VW Passat with leather seats and butt warmers! So much nicer than a beater rental car that I expected - or worse... a MINIVAN! The representative walked me out to my car and listened patiently to my complaints and direction to damage. She was very thorough and understanding. The entire drop-off process only took me about 20 minutes and I was on the road with a warm butt. They kept in touch with me via phone and email reiterating the damage quotes and repair charges. They quoted me two weeks to get it all repaired, and one week later I was back in my car, better than ever. Unfortunately I had an issue with the radio dying the day after I picked it up. I contacted Brittney, my rep, and she was understanding - telling me to come back in that night and a manager would look it over. Joe was quick and friendly and able to resolve the issue within 10 minutes. After all the horror stories I've heard about dealing with insurance companies and repairs, I was shocked and so happily surprised how easy Progressive was to deal with - so much so that I am looking into switching my policy over to them! read more

ZERO STARS I have had one of the WORST experiences with Progressive Insurance Company as a whole and that the individual location. They gave me a quote on my car only on the body damage not the damage that was done to the underbody of my car so continuing to have issues and having to pay out-of-pocket them refusing to double look at it. Not care that was car was not safe to drive. read more

Last weekend I returned to my car to find that the mirror had been knocked off. Thankfully, the person who did it was kind enough to leave me their info and I can't tell you how glad I am that they had Progressive Insurance!! I called Progressive and got an appointment to drop off my car at the 103rd St. service location THE SAME DAY! It is a little tucked away, but not hard to find. Pull up area is well designated and as soon as I parked and started to get out, someone was there to meet me and take me inside. Jasmine (I know I am spelling her name wrong...) was extremely helpful and explained everything to me as far as what was going to happen with my car and everything I needed to know about the car rental -- I got a 2015 Chevy Cruze with heated seats!! Process was very quick and I was out of there in no time. Dylan followed up with me to give me the estimate from the shop, even though it was being taken care of and I wasn't paying a penny. I got another call when my car was ready, set up an appointment to pick it up, and was so happy with the result. My car was clean and my mirror looked perfect. I can't seem to remember the gentleman who helped me with getting my car back and turning in my rental, but I think it was Tony (totally could be making that up). He was awesome, too! Sorry for the novel, but I was just so relieved to have such a great experience with an insurance company. I even got a reusable grocery style bag with Flo on it haha. A+, Progressive! read more

Artisan and Truckers Casualty Company - Subsidiary of Progressive I was a loyal customer with Artisan and Truckers Casualty, a subsidiary company of Progressive auto insurance for years until I made my first claim. That's when their true value or rather lack thereof was revealed. My daughter was in a collision in Milwaukee with an uninsured motorist. No tickets were issued yet rather than back their long-time customer, they instead took the word of the other guy and agreed that she was at fault. They totaled the 16 year old car the uninsured driver had and paid him twice the blue book value. Yet when it came time to repair my car, the Milwaukee claims center determined that the cracked windshield was pre-existing damage. Since I know the windshield was not cracked before the accident and all of the damage to my car was in the exact same area as the crack, I appealed this decision 3 times. The 3rd time went unanswered. Within a few months the crack spread and I was forced to replace the windshield. I took the car to a National auto glass chain store to get it replace. The lead tech at the auto glass store told me it looked like the windshield had been broken by body stress most likely caused by an accident. I told him the story and he offered to take pictures and write up his opinion for me to submit to the claims adjuster in Milwaukee for 1 more final try at getting them to cover it. They once again denied the claim saying they could see no way they could relate the crack to the damages from the accident. read more
