Here we are 12/23/24 my car was total on 09/17/24 by another person I wasn't in the accident don't cause the accident I lent my car out to a guy and he total my car after two hours of use that same day had new tires on it as well as an oil change total around 800.00 buck give or take than I get a text I was in an accident I am thinking ok how bad can it be right. Well he flipped it a few times ended up in a ditch upside down totaled he is ok that was my main concern I had just had thousands of dollars of stuff don't to this car it was a 2019 in great shape near to prefect had a little dent the size of a dime over the rear door the engine was new in the car only close to 68,000 miles they send me paper work I'll attach if I'm able to with nothing but sticky notes saying leave blank basically just sign and notarized and send back so I did and 2. Copies was sent off to me and return they want to pay me 431.00 to cover my cost and pay the bal of the loan of 11,600.00 so here we are still fighting the number they want slips everything was in the DAM CAR PAPERS PERSONAL PROPERTY WAS EVERYWHERE AS YPU CAN IMAGINE SO I have provided at best what I can of copies so being I am unable to retrieve all of the copies of slips they want to stay with the settlement amount and I refuse to walk away with 431.00 and no car I'm sorry I read a lot of complaints that they low ball everyone I went to the court house even the clerk was stated she had an issue with them that you have to take them to.Court I'm so angry I had a prefect car now nothing and I'm asked to walk away with 431.00 crazy. I want to say this has been an experience... not one i would ever want to go through again. Everything through the phone was fine and responsive. The towing company used by progressive asked for my title and i gave it to them not knowing i wasn't supposed to ,i get to this location and they say i was supposed to have my title i told them what happened and tell me i need to pick up the title from the people who took my car that was fine but i get to the location they tell me to go just for them to say my car wasn't even there... i took off from work to handle this situation i wasted my time. i'm even under progressive so this all just makes this suck. read more

I have to specify THIS in not the agent I have an issue with but Progressive is the parent company. I was looking for new insurance company around May first 2023. I called my wife's insurance company, Progressive Insurance their quote was. pretty high but I did get a decent quote from Allstate 700 bucks cheaper. On June 22 , 2033 my wife noticed that extra money had been taken out of her bank account without her knowing or permission. She contacted her bank and she was told it was her insurance company. She contacted Progressive immediately and they said it was for my vehicles. She informed them that I had full coverage on my vehicles for the past Fifteen plus years. They said they would refund her account if I could prove that I had coverage, I faxed over the paperwork immediately. As of today September 23 they have refused to credit her account. She dropped the company and now they sent her a bill for 100.00 dollars. What a ripoff company. read more

Sara Leo is the claim representative who is handling my claim and she has been the most unprofessional person. Her voicemail states she will get back to you within 24 hours and it has been over 8 days after leaving her my phone number and email address. She then sent a letter to my house stating she could not contact me. I have 4 emails that have been sent to her directly with no response. I have sent her the police report and she has done nothing in response. I would strongly suggest never dealing with her. read more

I've been working with Nicole Mosca on my claim to my 2016 Honda Civic that was involved in a flood last week. I have found working with Nicole to be a complete nightmare since the start of the process and would highly recommend you ask to switch adjusters if you get her as your claims representative. Initially, I tried calling her a couple of times to get the claim process expedited after completing it online. I have rental car coverage on my policy and I was hoping to take advantage of it since my car that was involved in the flooding was inoperable. When I finally got a call back from Nicole, she was extremely rude and told me that I was pestering her and bothering her by calling her office multiple times and that I should leave a voicemail and wait patiently for my call to be returned. I understand the procedure but I also need my rental car so I can get to work and I wanted to take advantage of a service I was paying for in my policy, so I felt extremely disrespected and she made me feel very stupid for asking about a rental car that I was paying for. Additionally, she postponed the date and time of when the adjuster could come out and see the car until Monday, August 13th, even though I opened the claim on the 8th. The car was deemed a total loss on that Monday but I was not given a courtesy call or any additional information on next steps and how I should proceed with replacing the vehicle (NOT EVEN TO SET UP A RENTAL). This is my first time being in this situation and I spent a lot of money on that car with modifications and I hold a lot of sentimental value to the vehicle and Nicole showed very little empathy or understanding of my situation and has made this whole experience extremely frustrating. Furthermore, I have continued to feel as though Nicole purposefully delayed this entire process and prevented me from getting into a rental because of her initial attitude. As a longtime Progressive customer with two vehicles and a motorcycle under my name, I am really disappointed in my overall experience so far with Nicole and the Newington, CT location. Very disappointed how promptly my claim was handled took 4 to six weeks to process my claim after a total loss. Then I needed a letter signed and the rep told me she works from home and did not have a scanner not printer your working without office supplies needed?
