My best buddy passed away a week ago and I missed two trash days due to his hospital stay in NWA and Tulsa. The third trash day I was home an hour after the truck went by and called for a pickup. That never happened. I then called and was told a "Work Order" was made to come get the trash. Didn't happen. Wife called and they said the trash would be removed on Friday the 2nd of Jan. That never happened either. We just wanted his bedding and a few items out. He was a wonderful dog and it hurt to see and smell some of his things. Today, Monday our normal trash day, the driver picked up the cart but failed to put the bagged trash that was placed next to the cart, as per instructions, into the now empty cart and dump it once more. Must be fat and lazy since my wife ran outside and put the bagged waste into the cart without any issue hoping we could get the driver back. Now I called back pissed off and still couldn't get any real resolution. They really don't give a shit about people. Hung up on me. My trash will be picked up in the morning from our new service providers that actually give a care and would not have left us in this situation. I will gladly pay more for a family run business and not a company that says they are Christians that have zero compassion. I had their service for over four years and there were a couple issues in that timeframe too. It was this last issue that forced me out.
