I deliberately waited almost a year to write this review because I wanted to be sure that the refinishing did what I hoped it would do...make my outdated bathroom look more modern. I also wanted to ensure that the paint stuck to the tiles without bubbling or peeling. I'm pleased to say that Sal and his crew exceeded my expectations. Sal provided an accurate quote, his crew arrived on time each day, took great care to maintain a clean work site, and were personable and efficient. When a minor issue arose, Sal showed up ON EASTER DAY to make sure he understood what needed to be corrected and had his team come to me the next business day. He also tried hugging me at the end which I refused. People working for him called several times, acting all "familiar" with me, telling me I would get them to work on it, from the first call. I decide who I hire, it was very assumptive. The owner has behavior patterns that is disturbing. Other things were said/done that made me very uncomfortable. I pulled off some of the gutter guards and found the downspout completely clogged and the gutter filled with water an hour after the rain had stopped. I got up on a tall ladder and found the company had not installed any gutter guards on the gutters that couldn't be seen from the ground, despite having charged me for them. When I contacted the company, they said they would send someone out to address the issue. They gave several dates when they might come, but after a week and a half of beautiful weather, all those dates had passed with no explanation from the company for why they hadn't come. When I contacted them again, I was told that, weather permitting, the soonest they would show was in another 5 days. When I said that was unacceptable, I was laughed at.
