The only real complaint I have (and I'm still a little irritated by this) is that they cut in a ceiling vent directly over my baby's crib. When I said something about it, they said there wasn't anything else they could have done. Well, the room is an odd shape, so furniture placement is limited. I just thought they could have had a little more common sense and found a better "indoor solution" to that problem.
