I've been a loyal client of Project Glammers and have had wonderful results in the past, particularly with Bellafill, which I did here two years ago and loved. So I was shocked and disappointed to arrive for my scheduled Bellafill appointment only to be informed at the time of treatment that they no longer offer it. At that point, I should have walked out. But I allowed myself to be talked into an alternative: a combination of Sculptra and Radiesse. I spent $3000 on a treatment plan I hadn't planned for--and now, three months later, the results are negligible. Even the specific area I asked to be addressed shows little to no improvement. I've had great experiences here in the past, which makes this all the more frustrating. I wonder if their recent expansion has affected the quality of care and communication. UPDATED REVIEW : I now understand why The Enhancers has the ratings it does. Practice manager Alina didn't stop until she got in touch with me (my crazy work schedule delayed our talk). We had a long conversation and by the time we got off the phone, I felt confident in knowing that the incident that occurred during my visit was not the norm and that the company took necessary steps to ensure it wouldn't happen again. Their customer service is absolutely top notch and I really appreciate all the effort that went into connecting with me and addressing the issue. Visited the 44 Gramercy Park N location. This place has great reviews so I'm not sure what was going on with the HORRIBLE customer service I received from the front desk. I walked in and said good morning. One of the ladies looked at me but didn't respond. I sat down since I figured they m too busy to acknowledge me. Then I realized they were simply full of it. They kept giggling with each other. One of them even telling the other to "pay attention" after I finished filling out paperwork and tried handing it to her while she kept ignoring me. They were nice enough to other clients, even telling them to help themselves to coffee. Guess they forgot to let me know while sitting there (for who knows how long - since I was early for my appointment). I've never felt more uncomfortable in a waiting room in my entire life. I recently started going to a place in Long Island but due to an up coming procedure i needed to get my lip filler dissolved so I decided to come to the Brooklyn location since it was convenient. ZERO customer service. I have a birthmark on my lip and as soon as the girl walked in the room to take my photos (anna) she says in a laughing tone" omg what is that" in such a degrading manner. In healthcare/aesthetics, you must be sensitive to your patients and she was absolutely insensitive and rude. I felt completely embarrassed. I always go to the Brooklyn location where Angela takes a great care of me. First of all, I never had too wait too long to be seen and I tend to ask lots of questions about different procedures and these guys are always glad to dedicate time to answer them all. What makes me happy most of all, there was not a single time when I didn't get any good price deal or discount due to accumulated points with Enhance and brilliant distinction, so basically money wise I always spend less than planned. Also, once I had to call them up for a botox touch up, because it seemed like we missed a little spot, and I was offered to come and do it for free. While the office is clean nice and well run there is a policy in effect that requires every person walking in the door to consent to be photographed. I Purchased a Groupon for Botox this is not a treatment that requires medical history be taken or requires to be photographed before and after as I was not planning on returning for another treatment nor is it a multi step process. It also does not speak to anywhere in the Groupon that you must consent to being photographed upon explaining this to the office staff they told me I could not be treated at all for anything if I do not consent to be photographed so I left I will be requesting a full refund immediately to my credit card from Groupon. read more

I am writing this review for everyone to know that it's very important to research about the place and the person who will do your procedure before trusting them with your face. I am speaking from my own experience and this is something I want everyone to be aware of. I have been going to different Doctors before but never had the same experience I had with Project Glammers. (M.D Irene Gladstein) I was told by everyone and especially Angela that they now have new technology which is supposed to be less sensitive and zero chance of bruises so I gave it a try. But the next day, I woke up with so much pain and horrible bruises on the corner of left side which stayed for the next five days. It was impossible to cover with make up, because it was too swollen and big dark bruises . I am attaching my photos for everyone to see. When I first called them I was promised that I will get a full refund because of what happened, but now they changed their decision . Do you think I would want to go back to your clinic after all of this? Terrible Customer Service, I have been calling and texting and nobody even bother to resolve it, the manager respond me after 5 days, and sad me it's normal reaction! My friend has been getting a hydrofacial done by Lina every month for about 5 months now. Every time I saw here her face was flawless and she had not a drop of make up on. Worst experience ever...absolutely no customer service at all...once they treat you they could care less about results!

It saddens me to write a poor review but while this office looks very posh and the staff is very friendly, the results of my treatment done by the young PA Angela was not at all ideal. What was even more disappointing was that in response to my poor results, Angela was very rigid in saying she basically did everything protocol and because my anatomy is different, I ended up with poor results. This is a response of an inexperienced practitioner because she couldn't tailor her work to the individual. I received no admission of wrong doing, consolation or offer for whatever damages. My advise would be that it is worth paying a bit more to see an experienced provider. read more

this place is completely disorganized on every level, from making appointments, to confirming appointments, horribly unprofessional pictures, the inability to see your photos to see your results, photos that are not properly organized, changing protocols without telling me, inability to speak with the doctor and always having to speak with the manager, as well as being overpriced. after leaving this place I found out you should get your prp as soon as it is spun while they made me wait always atleast 40 minutes which minimizes results. what a joke!! this place is run like a factory and considering there are so many other places to go I would avoid this place at all costs. read more

I went for my second appointment there just last week. I would've given 5 stars if it wasn't for the front desk person that really annoyed me at the end. When I first went there they mentioned a referral program, for every friend you refer you get $50 credit so on my second visit I mentioned I had 2 referrals and the front desk girl wasn't too happy. She only gave me referral for one and mentioned that I was already getting 75$ off from rewards from my first visit. If you have a referral program available you should t br upset when use it. The appointment itself was great and Dr Kiani ( ?) Gave me the perfect lip contouring. Updating my review, since the office was very quick to reach out to me and find a convenient appointment time. I did have to go to Brooklyn, but I'm just happy they were able to fit me in. I'd never done Botox before, and was a little nervous. The staff was really friendly, the office was impeccably clean, and I was out of there in an hour from the time I arrived.
