I don't think I had a more horrible salon experience in my life before. I came in for a root color with my own color and the exact measurements for color and peroxide. The colorist - I believe her name was Lena screwed up the color. She did not follow what was written on my paper from a previous salon on the proportions of the color or the peroxide amount. It seemed like she just mixed everything without measuring. My roots which were supposed to be a shade of brown turned black!!! I literally got so upset and could not sleep all night. I have never in my life had black hair nor does it look good on me. Anyways stay away from this lady - she will ruin your hair. As for the salon, I can't say much because it was my first time there. Just make sure you don't ruin your hair like mine with this lady who pays no attention to detail. On top of that she screwed up my roots and the toner she used for the rest of my hair made them turn red. I specifically said I do not want any red in my hair. No I have black roots and red hair. I was a customer of this salon for around 10 year and was happy until 1-2 years ago. First of all they started to have a high turnover, and every time I go now, I am booked with a different person for manicure. I've spoken to a few of them and seems most are not licensed. Second, there is one manicure master that when I came in she took her tools out of dusty plastic box. I asked her why it's not sealed in the sterilized packaging she said oh I already removed it. I said, no I need to see it to be sure I'm safe. She agreed to sterilize it and I had to wait almost another 45 min. (It was around 2 year ago - disgusting). I believe her name is Kristina. After that I asked salon never put me with her again, which they comply. Then, just a few months later, another issue, I am again booked with a new technician (paid $85 with tips!) and the gel starts to peel off in one week. I didn't have time to make an appointment to re-do so I let it go. Today I had an appointment scheduled at 10:00 AM. While in Uber around 9:30 AM they call me and tell me that the master can't make for 10 because she is stuck in a traffic and will be later for 30 min. I said, that I am already in taxi and can't afford to wait until 10:30 because I will be late for a different appointment. I get to salon around 9:45 AM and the receptionist tells me that they're rescheduling it with another person. Around 10:10, I asked the receptionist if they are indeed putting me with someone else. She says, yes, she is in the taxi, approaching salon. Then, around 10:30 AM the technician is not there, and I decided to leave. The receptionist shows me Uber app and says that she is almost there. I say, sorry I can't wait because it' already 10:30 and I will lose my doctors appointment that I had to wait for 4 months. This is all unacceptable. And I told them them in order not be late they must ensure that their employees come on time. I get that things happens and I would be fine waiting 5-1in but tell someone that someone stuck in traffic on Saturday morning is just a bullshit. I would also understand if they said that the master had an emergency, but try too fool around with customers is not the way they should do. You need to be honest and just say, hey, we screwed up, what can we do to make better? Also you need to communicate properly to the client , especially , when they tell you that they have a very important appointment booked after. If you arranging the replacement then, just say to the client, it will come at X time, so they can either accept or ask to reschedule. Also wanted to remind V-Aesthetica that you have a $50 cancellation policy, and today you did not offer neither a discount, to reschedule, or at least reimburse my Uber. I will also follow up with the licensing department of NYC with a complain to check their licenses. read more

I had my legs done in 25 minutes, and I am already seeing results and it's only been 2 weeks since my first session.
