This company is great! After a lot of unsatisfactory responses to requests for a quote to other companies, this company was prompt in getting back to me. The estimator was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done, what it involved, and the time it would take to complete the job. When the weather allowed the work to be done the crew arrived, were very polite, respectfully dressed, respectful of my property and answered any concerns I had with a smile and politeness. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up the site before leaving. The men were very hard working and made the most of every minute of the daylight hours. The crew manager was out checking on the job and seeing all went well. If I had known how easy this new roof would be to get and how well the job would go, as well as how great a job they would do, I would not have been at all concerned about having the work done. In my opinion this company is the best in town and I am very impressed with the great quality of their work. We are extremely pleased with the replacement of our old asphalt and gravel roof with ASC Skyline Metal Roofing (Blackberry) and robust external "alu-rex Fixa-Tech" maintenance-free eavestroughs and 2 5/8" rectangular downpipes. The placement of the external eavestrough entailed the trimming of the fascia. The roofing work was undertaken by courteous, skilled and dedicated crew in a timely, methodical, professional and efficient manner ahead of the proposed timelines. The management was personable when they came over to measure and to give us a free estimate without any obligation. All aspects of the materials, life expectancy of the roof and warranty were discussed openly and the estimate was found to be fair and reasonable. Don't know about you other guys but PROLINE TREATED ME GREAT and did a great job on the shingling and torch on roofing. The roofs were done in minimum time and look great. Estimator (DEIDRICK was very friendly and professional. The Roofers were courteous and professional and worked thru bad weather conditions (end of Feb 2012). Price was very comparable to other companies I contacted. They say it's a good company and it is they have been in buisness for a long time now and I'm sure depending on the workers . Some employees spend more time talking and texting than working . Is it normal to have an employee talking about warrants from another province I wouldnt want someone like that working around my family and home . I asked around and his name is ashton derocher from alberta . Our family lives in Victoria and didnt like finding that out . Do companies not do record checks anymore ?
