After sending some e-mails, I did not receive any replies. Now returned from abroad, I contacted her via phone to ask why I had not received any e-mails from her. She said that she never received texts from me and that she does not use e-mail, only texts. Learning this, I told her I no longer require her services. She then sent a text audio recording with the following. A transcript of her message was written here, then she removed the recording and blocked me. "El trabajo si estuvo echo y si esta echo. Pero usted mando a alguien, fue un irresponsponsable que no se aparecio. Y ese no es problema mio y otra cosa, esa come mierderia de querer hablar ingles me la paso por donde no me da el sol. Jodase! Voy a destruir el documento." Spanish-to-English translation is as follows: "The work is done and complete, but you sent an irresponsible person that never showed up. That's not my problem. Eat sh**. That's bullsh** that you tried to speak English to me. Go f*** yourself. The translated document has been destroyed." I have a screenshot of the recording, before she removed it from her text to me. Take note, her website shows both a phone and e-mail in English. As a professional, hearing that she does not use e-mails and only text sounded like an excuse to why she did not respond to my e-mails. The only e-mail I received from her was the Quote of how much the translation would cost.
