After sending some e-mails, I did not receive any replies. Now returned from abroad, I contacted her via phone to ask why I had not received any e-mails from her. She said that she never received texts from me and that she does not use e-mail, only texts. Learning this, I told her I no longer require her services. She then sent a text audio recording with the following. A transcript of her message was written here, then she removed the recording and blocked me. "El trabajo si estuvo echo y si esta echo. Pero usted mando a alguien, fue un irresponsponsable que no se aparecio. Y ese no es problema mio y otra cosa, esa come mierderia de querer hablar ingles me la paso por donde no me da el sol. Jodase! Voy a destruir el documento." Spanish-to-English translation is as follows: "The work is done and complete, but you sent an irresponsible person that never showed up. That's not my problem. Eat sh**. That's bullsh** that you tried to speak English to me. Go f*** yourself. The translated document has been destroyed." I have a screenshot of the recording, before she removed it from her text to me. Take note, her website shows both a phone and e-mail in English. As a professional, hearing that she does not use e-mails and only text sounded like an excuse to why she did not respond to my e-mails. The only e-mail I received from her was the Quote of how much the translation would cost.

It has been sometime since this occurred but I think it deserves a review. I do not write negative…read morereviews but what I went through with this woman and company was unforgettable. I was getting married in Portugal in September 2018. I had given Rosa Maria all the necessary documents to translate back in April . It took me about 3 months to get the documents notarized and mailed to me. Without these documents I could not get married on Sept 22. One month before my wedding I had asked her where the documents were. She said she had mailed them to me . She omitted and ignored me after 5 times of calling and emailing her on which was the tracking number. Well it turned out she never sent these legal documents with certified mail and input the incorrect addresses. She refused to answer my messages and I had one month to redo everything again. I had to rush everything again And have another company do it for me and cost me an additional $574 in addition to the $325 I already had paid her. She refused to give me the money back and never apologized for her irresponsibility This doesn't even matter as in comparison to the stress she put me through . She was rude and unprofessional. I ended up translating my documents with South Florida Translation for the same amt and much faster. This has been long overdue but necessary for people to know.

He walked me through every step of the purchase to make sure the numbers were right in order to NOT discharge the vehicle in my case. Unfortunately when my bankruptcy was processed, he did not make sure that this paperwork was properly filed (which, as far as I'm concerned is what he was paid $3000 for) so my brand new vehicle WAS discharged. To say the least, I was furious! Ford motor credit explained that he could file documents in order to fix this, yet he completely refuses! Why you ask? Because HE likes this position better for me! Forget what I want, he's happy and completely refuses to make it right. If you want an attorney that cares about what you want the outcome of your case to be, find someone else! He's only out for himself!
